Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Once we’ve found you the perfect property for your Cape Town Vacation, we’ll secure the dates for you and send you the booking confirmation.

To confirm a reservation, a non refundable deposit payment of 30-50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.

We accept bank wire transfers and major credit cards including VISA, AMEX AND MASTERCARD.

Our cancellation policy varies by property. We recommend reviewing the policy details before booking and reaching out to our customer service team for any clarifications.


Additional Questions

To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day’s rental will be charged. Alternatively, we can inform you the before if the property is free and has no same day check in/out.

Unfortunately not, our luxurious properties are located in affluent upmarket suburbs and due to residential noise and parking rules, no such events are considered. For events and functions we recommend hiring a venue for commercial use.
