The modernly equipped house consists of 2 King rooms (en-suite) and 1 queen size cottage with a separate entrance to ensure privacy at all times.

31 De Wet is ideal for a group of people, the business traveller, a family with kids or an adventurous individual. A short drive from the beach brings you to a spacious open plan dining and lounge area with a stunning outside entertainment area and private pool overlooking the beautiful Bantry Bay & Clifton. The views are truly incredible.
The upstairs main bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which leads onto a balcony where you can enjoy an afternoon sun-downer / early morning coffee. This room has great views of the pool and outside entertainment area.
The guest upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and are also equipped with a king-size bed to ensure comfort at all times. Both bedrooms consist of modern and calming interiors.
A private cottage is also included which offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a small desk for the business traveller.
Although the beach is just a few minutes’ drive away, it is always nice to have a pool to your advantage, as it is private and you can appreciate all the breathtakingly beautiful views around you.
The entire house & cottage is at your disposal, along with the pool area for your use only. Please be advised that there is a set of stairs to climb in order to gain access to the rooms in the house.
