The main house is spacious and open-plan with the kitchen, dining, lounge, and pool area which are situated around a large pillar and fireplace. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and self-catering with a long counter including 10 stools. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher for hassle free living. The dining room comes equipped with a long table and 8 comfy chairs. The lounge is air-conditioned, with a flat screen TV and is furnished in leather.

All the bedrooms have to air-conditioning and are en-suite with both a shower and bath. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the other four bedrooms have queen sized beds. The cottage has a queen sized bed. One of the bedrooms has a gas fireplace and balcony with a small dining table for two guests – this balcony features panoramic views over the estate. Downstairs is guest loo. 

There is a pool and entertainment area outside with a lounge, dining table and a built in BBQ. Its the perfect spot to relax in Summer. The cottage is a separate dwelling that includes a kitchenette with microwave, lounge and fireplace. The unit is en-suite with a corner bath and shower. This is ideal for those looking for more privacy and immediate access to the pool.

Atlantic Beach Golf Estate is near Melkbosstrand, where you can visit a number of popular restaurants, cafes and shops.
