5Absolutely stunning house, very spacious but feels so homey. We had the best time and shoutout to the Caretaker who was always so helpful and very respectful. The house has amazing views and is very well located as there are restaurants, shops and beaches close by.

5This place has an intimate hidden gem vibe. It’s sophisticated, yet relaxed. It’s framed by rocks, coves and cliff’s – with two small beaches loved by locals on your doorstep. It’s a 10-minute walk to the busier Camps Bay. The villa is luxurious with understated charm. We loved the views from main balcony. Bootlegger in Bakoven for breakfast was lovely, lots of locals. We will return.

5Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler) had a wonderful stay at this property. The sounds of the waves crashing at the beach were super peaceful and made nights warming up by the fire super special. The home came equipped with everting, and Banco was a life saver (literally). My son experienced a medical emergency and he assisted us with getting the ambulance to the home and even checked in on him later. We were very close to nice restaurants and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend!
5The house, facilities and location was fantastic. On the beach side of Victoria Road so there was no traffic noise and the access to Beta Beach for swimming was great. Beautiful house with well sized spaces and views from the 1st floor Bedrooms were amazing. Access back into town from Camps Bay side was very easy and travelling back and forward to all surrounding areas was effortless. Coffee shop / restaurant 40m away which was perfect for morning coffees or a lunch. We had a great time and would book again for our next trip to Cape Town.

5My friends and I had a lovely week in Esta-Marita’s villa. The place exactly matched the photos, if not bigger, and we were constantly amazed by how beautiful the space was. The views from the top level of the sea are stunning, and it feels really nicely private, quiet and tucked away, despite being on a busy road.
John the housekeeper was great – super responsive and punctual and helpful with additional extras like even doing some laundry when requested! Amazing, thank you John.
Bakhoven is such a lovely neighbourhood, and having Bootleggers coffee right on the doorstep, and being a 2 min walk from a quiet beach was just perfection. The location could not be better!

The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain right at our doorstep. 5A beautiful home, warmly and cosily furnished, close to the shore. The housekeeper Angel is fantastic! My friends and I felt very comfortable staying at Esta-Marita’s place, and appreciated her flexibility on check-in and check-out arrangements. She does require all visitors to DocuSign a house rules document before arrival, which caused us a bit of stress to coordinate the day before check-in, so make sure to allow some time for everyone to do that.

The bed- and bathrooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of by John.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
One downside is the outdoor area. Very small pool and not accessible in contrast to the pictures. The patio does not accommodate the number of guests. Neither in space nor in furniture.
Overall a very nice house and beautifully decorated.

5Absolutely loved staying at Esta-Marita’s home. Stunningly beautiful views, peaceful and quiet, and with all of the amenities and entertainment systems you could need. A beautiful little private outdoor pool and and seating area to relax, a comfortable, clean large living room with a TV with all of the functionalities, and lots of security. The home is extremely clean and would absolutely stay here again!
5Fantastic house to enjoy our visit to Cape Town. Just steps away from the ocean. Weather was chilly but I’m sure the beach is nice in the summer. We had 8 adults from 2 families; plenty of room. Decorating is beautiful; place is spotless. Loved Bootleggers down the street for coffee. We also walked to shops and restaurants in the main area of Camps Bay. Most of us live in very walkable cities so we enjoyed walking around each day. We had two massage therapists come over one day; that was amazing. Nice to order in with Uber Eats when we didn’t feel like going out. John stacked the fireplace well for our evening fires; the house gets quite cold at night in winter. Bedrooms with private bathrooms were all wonderful. We worked remotely from the house; internet is strong. Load shedding is a pain but the backup power supply worked well. Only downside was that we were 7 minutes late for maximum 7pm checkout; the penalty was silly. Highly recommend this beautiful house!
