Accessed by a lift from the under cover parking garage, the apartment opens onto a beautiful double-volume living space which is stylishly furnished with designer décor and beautiful artworks. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace, and a dining area with a 10-seater dining table. Glass folding sliding doors allow the lounge to open out onto a large, shaded terrace with a heated swimming pool, an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and 180 degree magnificent ocean views. The terrace wraps around the side of the building where there is an outdoor bar area with a gas barbecue and all the facilities for alfresco outdoor dining.
The living area flows seamlessly into a modern, open-plan kitchen with high-end Miele appliances, including a state-of-the-art coffee machine, a convection oven, microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There is ample cupboard space in the kitchen and a breakfast bar with four stools is ideal for casual entertaining. A private guest toilet is set just off the living area.
The stylish décor and cool grey tones of the first level flow into the second level of the apartment, which features three bedrooms. These include a beautiful master bedroom and, en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other a private dedicated bathroom.
The master bedroom is a study of understated luxury with a king-size bed and an exquisite open bathroom with an oval soaking tub, a spacious rain shower, and double vanities. 5The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible views and beautiful decor. We were 5 minutes walk from camps bay. Really good communication from the host when booking and also upon checkin. The housekeeper Yoliwisa was absolutely brilliant and she really made our stay that extra bit enjoyable – she was so kind to our 3 month old son whilst we were staying too.

Some of our most memorable moments were sitting by the fireplace on cold mornings and late evenings, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere while enjoying the sea view. The place truly a luxurious retreat.

5One of the most stunning places I have ever stayed in. The location is great, right in the heart of Camps Bay with a prime spot in front of the sea. The private pool at the end of the terrace, facing the sea is worth the time spent there alone.

Alles Blitz blank und sauber die Betten sehr comfortable und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Nadia ist immer erreichbar und die Haushälterin kommt auf Wunsch täglich. 5Gorgeous Home!!! Everything screamed luxury! Amenities were well thought about and easy to find. The views were breathtaking. In fact, pictures do not do it justice. We had the nicest house keeper who was there to welcome us and show us around. She also came clean up daily. Our host was very accommodating, proactive and responsive. She gave us great recommendations on what to do in Cape Town. We will definitely be coming back soon.
5If you are visiting Cape Town for the first time like we did, this place is the best for any groups of 4-6 people. There are three bedrooms, a primary room, an en suite room and a smaller room, each fitting 2 people. The views of this place were amazing, private and serene. The location is PRIME, it is on Victoria Road which means there are NO HILLS for you to trek should you decide to walk to the beach or the restaurants. The unit comes with two parking spots, which might be tight, but very spacious for one car for sure. The housekeeping and hostess are extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. They are timely and communicative. The pool outside can be chilly at times, but just a short text to our hostess to warm the pool up remotely, and it was fine for a dip. The outdoor grill is meticulously maintained and ready for a BBQ. Out of all of the other units we saw, this one gives you the best value and location.

5The place was absolutely fabulous. We had friends over for cocktails and hordourves one evening and the space had plenty of serving trays wine glasses etc. sheets and linens clean and great quality and housecleaning everyday was tremendous.

We are planning to visit again for Christmas and will definitely be using this place again.

5Der Aufenthalt im Penthouse 2 war für uns alle ein Erlebnis. Sehr ruhig, durch das Rauschen des Meeres hört man die Straße darunter gar nicht. Super Terrassenbereich, belohnt wurden wir tagtäglich mit einem atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang, wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen!
Tolle Lage, viele Restaurants/Geschäfte/Bars usw. bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll war auch noch die Garage für unseren Mietwagen. Dieser sprang an einem Tag nicht mehr an, leider hatten wir über Nacht das Licht an gelassen 🙁 Aber uns wurde sofort geholfen, wir machten unseren Ausflug und als wir zurückkamen, stand der Wagen startbereit in der Garage, wirklich topp Service, vielen Dank dafür! Also, rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
