2. 4Brilliant location for exploring all you’ll want to see and do in Cape Town, everything was so close and the views are amazing. Lovely to check in with someone there to give us a tour of the place and they were on hand whenever we needed them throughout the stay. Really lovely place.

3. 2While the place was clean and big, we got broken into on our second day and were not informed by our host until we contacted them and asked why the doors were open when we got home hours later. The host did come and question whether we locked the doors correctly (which we did because the security system showed we did) instead of helping us or making us feel safe. They were informed that our property had a breach from the top balcony door but assumed it was us and did not inform us. We asked for external camera footage, which was listed on the listing, but this was just a live recording camera for the intercom and you could not see what had happened at any other time, which isn’t a security camera. The host then did not respond and after sending multiple messages and them claiming they were doing an internal investigation to find out what had happened. We have heard nothing since. They lied, belittled us and didn’t think it was a big deal that we got broken into. Awful customer service

5. 5We had a wonderful stay with Turnkey365 property on Ravensteyn Road in Camps Bay. The house was even better than expected – beautifully maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described.
   The hosting process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was easy, professional, and very responsive, which made the entire experience stress-free.
   A special mention to the domestic who maintained the home – she was incredibly thorough, attentive, and absolutely adored by our kids, which made a big difference to our stay.
   Overall, an amazing experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

10. 5I can’t say enough positive things about this rental. It is beautiful, clean, spacious and very secure. A short drive to so many different activities with a view of both Table Mountain and the beach from the property. We are so happy we stayed here and hope to be back one day.

13. 5Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gut betreut. Besonders schön fanden wir das kleine Carepaket im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft – eine wirklich nette Geste! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

14. 5Very well settled, large, comfortable, secure, the host Turnkey is super reactive, the maid is an advantage during the stay. Some small house repairs are needed to stay a premium accommodation.

15. 5Stunning house with all the amenities. Very modern and spacious. Amazing views of the sunset from both balconies.
    Only downside was the pool was in constant shade throughout the day – lovely hot days but pool in shade and very cold.
    Maybe the hedges from next door need to be trimmed to allow for more sunlight
    Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

16. 5Everything was excellent! Only thing what needs to improve a bit is the small pool getting maintenance done. This is already planned we got told so all nice ??

17. 5Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain about to be truthful, the use of the garage was a bonus along with the welcome pack, load shedding wasn’t a hassle, the weekday maid was fantastic however she came a bit too early on a couple of occasions. A bit disappointed the villa didn’t look over Campsbay itself, however they never advertised that we would be able to do so, or had photos indicating we could. The plunge pool was missing a lot of mosaic tiles, that made if look rather scruffy and could easily have been touched up

18. 4We had a wonderful stay in this Camps Bay home. It was clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. We were warmly welcomed, and communication with our host was great. It is super close to alot of tourist spots and is an ideal stay for a family of 5. We would definitely recommend this holiday home to others. My only negative remark is that 2 houses down from this property there is currently some construction and renovation happening – this unfortunately is very noisy and lasted most of the week days we were there (the weekends were very quiet though). I think it was just unfortunate timing on our part but it did interrupt the peace and tranquility of the area.
    Construction issues aside, we definitely plan on using this spot again in future!

19. 4We had a fantastic stay. From the checkin process, which was very easy, to the last day. The place is slightly better than what the images show, it’s spacious and has a wonderful, well equipped kitchen. They made sure the pool was cleaned and ready to our satisfaction. The lady who came to clean was heaven sent, very lovely and helpful. I can go on and on but this is one of the best stays I’ve had in CPT. I would highly recommend and would visit again. True value for money.

21. 5Wonderful stay the villa is absolutely beautiful and clean.Great location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea and only about 5mins drive to camps bay beach.
    Check in was great and gave good recommendations of things to do.Definitely would love stay there again.

27. 5The place literally has everything. From backup energy for when load shedding is happening to a killer sound system and amazing views from basically every corner of the house.

29. 5We really enjoyed our stay, the house is modern and clean; everything you need and stunning views. Super responsive and helpful management agency. Downsides are a v chilly pool and the twin room smelled of smoke.

35. 5This was a fantastic “base” for our visit to Cape town. Convenient to the airport, restaurants, site-seeing and shopping. Neighborhood quiet and safe. The home itself is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The management and house staff were very pleasant and helpful.

    House was clean and neat. Pool was sparking. BBQ and outside area was clean daily and fresh bath and beach towels where provided.
    Will be back very soon!
