Rontree Reflections is a cosy three bedroom villa offering spectacular panoramic views of Camps Bay and Lions Head.
The villa has ample living space with a large well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which leads down a few steps to the open plan living and dining areas that flows out onto a large sea-facing sun terrace deck and swimming pool.
The three bedrooms are all on the same level and each have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom are sea-facing and have direct access out to the pool area and terrace.
Rontree Reflections has its own double garage as well as additional parking space in the driveway.

5Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful location, heated pool (not mentioned in their description – att hosts you should add this rare benefit in your description), views all round, lovely property, easy to get to all the great restaurants and sites. Private entrance and driveway including a garage. We were early and they let us drop off our bags early which was great service, as was the smooth and efficient check in process. The hosts were always very responsive even out of hours when we experienced a minor technical issue with a professional tradesmen arrived first thing next day to solve. 5Awesome home with magnificent views
1This host caused me significant distress. I was left stranded due to the host’s poor judgment. The host canceled my reservation two hours before check-in, leaving me in a precarious situation after just arriving at the airport. It was deeply unsettling to receive such a disheartening message upon turning on my phone. I strongly advise against booking with this host unless you have alternative accommodations secured.

The driveway needs some courage, but our vehicle was safe parked on the street throughout our stay.
4Super Lage, atemberaubender Ausblick & toller Pool.
4Place was in a great location. Christmas and New Year is a very expensive time of the year and the place was definitely one of the better value properties available. Close to the sea front and restaurants in Camps Bay. There were a few maintenance needs dotted around, but all in all we loved our stay.

5يعتبر المسكن خيار رائع للسكن في كامس باي بشكل خاص لعدة مميزات فهو واسع ونظيف وآمن وقريب من الأنشطة ويوفر اطلالة رائعة على المحيط ويعتبر أيضا خيار جيد للسكن لفترة طويلة في كيب تاون.

3Great location and spacious property. Beds comfortable. Unfortunately laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer did not work. We specifically booked for laundry as we were on a multiple centre trip. Despite the inconvenience no compensation was offered.
4Fantastiskt utsikt och uppvärmd pool.
Tyvärr var tvättmaskinen trasig och det ställde till problem när vi planerade att använda denna då vi reste med lite packning o barn. Skulle uppskattat att få denna information innan vi checkade in.
Huset skulle behöva en uppfräschning då det började kännas slitet. Konstigt med rören som kluckade o lät.
4The place was wonderful but I do think the steep slope to access the property needs to be mentioned. No taxi managed to get up the slope !!
The worst thing for me was having no washing machine. The cleaner mentioned on the first day it was not working and reported to maintenance who said they were sending an electrician but never bothered. As we had been traveling to different locations this was something that we needed. I hand washed some items and then tried to dry but the dryer was also coming up with an error every 2 minutes.
It is such a shame as the property is nice but we paid a lot of money for it and to not be able to do washing was a major inconvenience.
I am awaiting some kind of compensation.

5We really enjoyed our stay here! The description and photos are very accurate, I would say the view is even more beautiful in person! Our host Julian was very responsive and helpful and explained everything really well at check-in! Would not hesitate to book this beautiful place again!

We relaxed at the pool and close to drive anywhere. Well done Julian and turnkey365, I will recommend them. What you see on the pictures is what you get. The unit was service by princess she was super friendly. We definitely be back.

5Fantastic location – one of the best spots in Cape Town – with stunning views of the sea and sunset. Loved having the terrace and pool and spacious lounge. Could perhaps do with a touch of updating (eg bedroom carpets, though apparently this is about to be done; and wooden rail on the terrace), but generally the decor is elegantly simple. Food shop right across the road for provisions, and 20 mins walk to Camps Bay beach

4Definitely an amazing experience, the deck was a little worn but I loved everything about the house. I think the photos should definitely be updated because they’re selling the house short, it’s so much better than what the photos show. Our host was present and available throughout and the housekeeper (Mama Z )was so excellent and pleasant to have. 9/10 from me.
