The entrance hall to the villa is flooded with natural light from a large skylight and a cantilevered smoked oak staircase leads to the second level of the villa where the living and dining areas are situated.
The ground level of the villa is home to two of the four beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has spectacular ocean views with super-king or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with double basins and a walk-in shower, and a spacious balcony ideal for sundowners. A staircase from the balcony leads down to the courtyard garden and pool.
Boasting glorious views of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles, the second bedroom on the ground level has comfortable super-king or twin beds, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and luxury fittings. Sliding doors open onto stairs that lead to a serene and sheltered, outdoor sanctuary and the swimming pool.
The exquisitely designed master bedroom of the villa is located on the lower level of the villa and opens onto the tranquil courtyard, splash pool, and lovely outdoor area. This beautiful bedroom has a deluxe super-king or twin beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom with an oval soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and access to the outdoor area.
You have direct access to the beach from this level of the villa and a stylish outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sun and sand. There is also a spacious storeroom and a laundry on the lower level.
Head back upstairs to the third level of the villa where you’ll find the spacious and stylish living areas. A sleek, state-of-the-art kitchen sits between the lounge and dining areas and boasts a breakfast counter with chic bar chairs and high-end appliances for an easy-holiday living.
Designer décor abounds with an elegant eight-seater dining table for alfresco dining with friends and a cozy lounge with comfortable ‘Cloud’ sofas and a wood-burning fireplace for cool evenings. Living spaces flow seamlessly out onto a balcony with glass railings with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountains above Bakoven.
Villa Vita enjoys air-conditioning throughout, offers off-street parking for two cars, and is fully secure with an alarm and private security. An easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and its many restaurants, cafés, and buzzing beach bars, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

5Our second time staying with Turnkey, Villa Vita was just as lovely as Bates. The Villa is kid friendly and extremely comfortable with enough places to walk to and enjoy the surroundings.
The housekeeping and communication with the hosts were seamless and made our stay even better. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

5Villa Vita is a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom villa minimalistic features. It matches the photos on the site. We enjoyed our stay and would most certainly love to visit again! The host (Lance) was helpful and responsive.
2Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation mit dem Host haben leider nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Nach massiven Problemen mit der Alarmanlage kam der Host nicht vorbei um zu helfen, den Techniker musste ich allein in die Unterkunft lassen und meinen Tag danach planen.
Die Unterkunft ist neu saniert, allerdings eher kühl und ohne Liebe zum Detail.
Manche Dinge sind kaputt, der Geschirrspüler lässt sich nicht richtig öffnen. Alte Blumen stehen in den Schränken, der eine Wasserhahn im Bad wackelt. Ein Grill, wie im Inserat angegeben, ist nicht vorhanden.
All in all eher enttäuschend.

La maison sur 3 étages est magnifique et très bien équipée! Tout y est magnifique! L’accès à la plage à pieds à 5min! Le centre de Camps bay à 5min à pieds. Emplacement idéal! Tout a été parfait!
