- Guests have to take the lift/funicular up or walk up the stairs to get the villa (about 160 steps)
- Icaria Villa is not child friendly

- The villa runs off solar power and has a generator as backup - aircon in main bedroom, upstairs and ground floor.

5Jane’s place was beyond perfect for our family getaway! The home is absolutely stunning, with views that will take your breath away. Jane was so friendly and flexible; an absolute pleasure to work with. Elector, Willard and Patience all made our stay that much more comfortable.

5This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location with beautiful people. We are so greatful for the opportunity to have enjoyed this home. Exceeded all expectations. Also, Jane organised a chef for us, Nicole. She created the most amazing food for us each day. Lastly, Electra took care of us in the house and ensured seemlesly that things were always perfect. We’ll be back!

5Icaria is sublime! Even more beautiful than the photos, Icaria’s location is unbelievable. Not only are the sunset and views stunning but the proximity to Seapoint, Waterfront, Camps Bay and other Cape Town destinations makes this an ideal location. The decor of the home is impeccable. Very well appointed, it has everything you need for a long stay. Jane and the whole team at Icaria are wonderful, welcoming hosts that made us feel at home the moment we arrived. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven!
