The Kloof Villa is nestled between Camps Bay and the Waterfront on the Atlantic Coast. It has stunning views of the ocean from a fifty-meter elevation above the sea, but is only 400 meters from the beach.

It is ideal for families or groups looking for a home away from home with a spectacular sea view from every room.

The living area of the villa is open-plan, with frameless doors that can fold completely away, extending the space to include the fifteen-metre balcony directly overlooking the mesmerizing ocean. The lounge area on one side of this space has a real log burning fireplace with flames that warm a cool evening. The dining area is very large and can comfortably seat a family of twelve. From your cocktail bar, sip a drink while watching the sunset. A separate TV room for watching Netflix or watching movies from one’s phone.

The lovely Bantry Bay villa is decorated in a modern yet elegant style, with a mix of bright colors accented by gold and silver.

It now has three beautifully spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that include showers and baths, thanks to a recent renovation. The two main bedrooms each have their own private balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the magnificent sea view while watching the sun set. The bedrooms feature extra-long king-size or twin beds with soft, comfortable white linen.

Meals can be taken at the nearby hotel, which is only fifty meters away, or they can be served directly to the villa.

A housekeeper is on hand to cater to the Villa’s guests’ specific needs.
