It is ideal for guests looking for a tranquil stay, but who also want to be close to the lively city centre.
This beautiful non smoking apartment has three ensuite bedrooms, one has a king size bed, the 2nd a queen size and the 3rd two singles. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with incredible sea views. There is also a spacious open-plan living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs.
The comfortable lounge leads out onto a balcony where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and part of Table Mountain. It also has a separate TV room with Netflix and a guest cloakroom. Relax around the swimming pool, or take a 30 meter walk across the promenade which are in front of the apartment block to the main beach, a surfer, stand-up board paddler and kite surfer’s paradise. Surrounded with top restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.
Uncapped fibre WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

4we enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the apartment was spacious, beds are comfortable and it was exactly as described in pictures. the views were amazing. the kitchen had way too many utensils and it felt right like home. the midstay cleaning was a good initiative too.
The only issue we had was the noise from the renovation team which was already stated before we booked but it was really bad that it prevented us from having late mornings on days we choose to. Being a penthouse the wind as stated before booking too was really scary and intense. asides these we had a good time overall.

5The place was a hit with my family. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, Cadre who assisted with our check-in gave clear instructions and made the whole process smooth.
Upon arrival, the place is beautiful, outstanding views and in a great location central to restaurants, the beach and so much more.
This will definitely be my go-to accommodation when I’m in Cape Town.

The apartment was spacious with great amenities and well furnished.
Location was great, with a number of coffee shops for that morning coffee whilst you take a walk along the beach front.
Helen and her team were great at communicating and providing services when needed.
5Staying at Helen’s place while in CapeTown was amazing. Having the chance to enjoy all of the amenities her place had to offer was definitely worthwhile. Also, a honorable mention is Helen’s place is located 25-30 minutes from downtown. Her location is in a nice residential area of CapeTown where there are local bars, grocery stores, and a near by mall. If your traveling to anywhere in Africa just make sure you are aware of Load-shedding. My brother and I were not aware prior to coming to CapeTown, so everyday throughout our trip we had to endure electricity being off 3x throughout the day. Load shedding is something that happens all throughout Africa so it’s impossible to get around it unless you stay in a hotel. Besides that I have no complaints. I truly can say I enjoyed my 2 weeks at Helen’s home.
4Soweit alles in Ordnung, neue Küchen Utensilien wie zb Töpfe und Pfannen wären wünschenswert. Eine Grundausrüstung wie zb Salz und Pfeffer oder Essig und Öl wäre schön gewesen.
Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

5Great wifi. Penthouse is shielded from the wind which is another plus. Ample, easy parking.
5The apartment is very spacious with beautiful views! the balcony was huge and overlooking the water. kitchen was well stocked. electric stove was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. The beds were super comfortable. The apartment was super clean. the internet was was spotty specially in the upstairs bedrooms. We had some issue with electricity that ran out couple of times and had to ask for token (The electric meter was showing zero (Simone was very helpful with getting us more electricity, it seemed like the meter had an issue and they were going to have someone to come and fix it). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
