This exclusive and luxurious non smoking Blouberg Penthouse has 3 ensuite bedrooms with amazing views, one has a super king size bed with walk in closet, the 2nd and 3rd have three quarter beds with an underbed each.
There is also a spacious open-plan living room (with Netflix, Disney+ and MUBI) and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs, as well as a guest cloakroom.
The dining area leads out onto a balcony where you can either relax around a private swimming pool or have a traditional South African barbeque on a gas braai, while sipping on sundowners enjoying the magnificent view.
You can also take a 30 meter walk across the promenade which are in front of the apartment block to the main beach, a surfer, stand-up board paddler and kite surfer’s paradise. Surrounded with top restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.
Uncapped WiFi is available throughout the apartment and a plug and play inverter ensure that the TV, WIFI and a light stay on during load shedding. The Horizon Bay building has a generator for the lifts and exterior lights.

5We had a fantastic stay at this holiday rental and would highly recommend it. Pauline was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Check-in was seamless, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The apartment itself is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning views of the bay and Table Mountain — absolutely breathtaking. The location is another big plus: it’s centrally located in a safe area, making it easy to get around and explore. Having parking available, even for a large car, was also a huge advantage. Overall, a wonderful stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Alle Badezimmer sind gut, das große am Master bedroom ist wirklich toll.
Wie fast immer in Kapstadt gibt es leicht Probleme mit den Abflüssen. Wurde schnell beseitigt.
Der Grill auf der Dachterasse war herrlich.
Das einzig störende waren die Autos und Motorräder, die gerne nachts kleine Rennen fuhren und am Kreisel unterhalb des Hauses wendeten.
Aber trotzdem eine deutliche Empfehlung für die Wohnung.
5Beautiful penthouse, looked even better than on the pictures. Clean and spacious with the amazing views.
There were a couple of things which could have easily avoided. For example, if the oven was broken (we were told on arrival), they could have ensured the gas canister for the bbq was full and ready to be used. The ice maker in the fridge was not working. Having said that Pauline and the team were very prompt in rectify this and address any other request.
Still highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it out again. Many thanks to Pauline and team for making our stay special.
