Guests will appreciate the spaciousness and flow of the 008 villa, which is split over four levels, offering seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both the ground and first floor level boast a Poggenpohl kitchen, indoor / outdoor dining areas, lounge, terrace, sun loungers and a rim-flow swimming pool. The lower level has a fully equipped gym with Technogym cardio and weight training equipment as well as a professional chefs kitchen and secure garage parking for two cars.
Interior and exterior finishes include contemporary pieces by Arper, Benchmark, Minotti, OKHA, Raun, Royal Botania and Zanottu. 008 Villa showcases an impressive selection of art by renowned South African artists Dylan Lewis, Lionel Smit and Colbert Mashile.
This is a full-service villa, offering a private chef to cater to your culinary desires. The housekeeping and grounds team will ensure that the villa is always kept looking immaculate. The manager/concierge is on call to plan the perfect itinerary for you – everything from restaurant bookings, excursions, cultural and adventure activities to charters, chauffeur drives and transfers.

***All areas of the property have high speed uncapped fiber Wi-Fi. Indoor and outdoor entertainment areas have Sonos wireless music and UHD smart TV’s.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, digital safes, international plugs, USB charging points, Wi-Fi, hair dryers, luxury linens, gowns, slippers and bathroom amenities. TV’s have DSTV satellite channels, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix and Spotify.
Exclusions can be arranged at an additional fee.
008 Villa has solar and battery backup. Only the Aircon and ovens don’t work during outages.
The First, Ground and Lower Ground floors make up the rentable area of the 008 Villa with the exception of the staff quarters, managers office and machinery room. The Top Floor is the owner’s personal space, and whilst it is never occupied during a rental, it is strictly out of bounds. This floor is monitored via a separate alarm system and an access clause is specified and agreed to in the rental contract.
As this is a design property, we need to point out potential hazards such as the lack of balcony balustrades and staircase railings as well as drop-offs, voids, unmarked glass, unfenced pond and pools. These hazards are specified and agreed to in the rental contract.
We encourage clients to take out comprehensive insurance covering the loss of personal effects, personal injury, medical emergencies as well as expenses relating to
emergency travel arrangements, cancellations, and / or curtailment of travel plans. Such insurance must cover all force majeure events and other events beyond the villa’s control.

5This place is amazing , not just the place but the staff that comes with it! We were looked after and enjoyed the stay… The Gym was awesome as a few of the people staying like to keep in shape…
Chef Gina and Travis really looked after us in every way and couldn’t do enough, we stay in large properties around the world all the time, this place was special and well valued for price…… We will be back!!!! See you next time!
5Que dire ? Difficile de trouver les mots après ces quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison. Airbnb ne permet pas de le distinguer facilement dans l’annonce mais la maison comporte un personnel, qui assure de merveilleux petits déjeuners, le ménage chaque jour et même un chef pour les repas si on le souhaite !
Et ce personnel est exceptionnel et a énormément participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Je profite du présent espace pour remercier chaleureusement Travis, Jack, Cynthia et Gina pour ce moment si merveilleux. Ils ont devancé tous nos désirs et leur gentillesse égale leur talent. Ce qui nous a absolument étonné, c’est leur incroyable discrétion et en même temps, une merveilleuse capacité à assurer un service hors du commun.
La maison est d’un luxe assez étonnant et de très bon goût, imaginée par Saota, un architecte reconnu. Elle comporte plusieurs piscines.
Nous étions 12 amis, 5 couples et deux célibataires, et nous avions plus que largement la place pour notre séjour.

5The villa’s location is elite and the layout is immaculate. The views from this villa was everything! The concierge service provided Travis and the butler service provided by Moses were top tier. They enjoy what they do and are excellent in their roles. I can’t thank them enough for ensuring my girls and I had a flawless stay. I would definitely book again. 10/10!
5This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Travis was an excellent host. He and the team had amazing communication throughout and great hospitality. The location is 10/10 which offered great views of the mountains and also close proximity to the beach. Would highly recommend.
We did have one small issue where the handle in the kitchen sink broke the first day(wasn’t a set back). Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about this staff and home. Oh! Can’t forget. The chef was amazing
5Wow – words cannot describe how unbelievable this Airbnb is. Do not look any further – this place is absolutely perfect! Travis made us feel at home immediately upon arrival, gave us AMAZING suggestions, helped us plan everything we could have possibly needed, and showed us the most beautiful Airbnb ever! Gina, our chef, cooked the tastiest local meals and satisfied all of our cravings! Jack made us feel so safe and welcome and kept the place impeccably clean! The entire staff was so kind, friendly, and made our stay the best vacation of our lives. The Villa is BEAUTIFUL! The sunset view is indescribable and unparalleled! The pools were such a blast and we loved spending time lounging on both floors. There was even a gym in the basement! The area feels incredibly safe and is so beyond beautiful. The entire stay was perfect and more than worth the money. Thank you so much for letting us stay here! We already want to come back!
