008 Bond Villa Set against the magnificent backdrop of the 12 Apostles Mountain range, the villa combines sleek design with luxurious finishes and offers incredible views of both Lions Head as well as the Atlantic Ocean. The open-plan layout allows for seamless living between indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring floor to ceiling windows and skylights throughout to maximize the natural light and the wrap-around views.

Guests will appreciate the spaciousness and flow of the 008 villa, which is split over four levels, offering seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both the ground and first floor level boast a Poggenpohl kitchen, indoor / outdoor dining areas, lounge, terrace, sun loungers and a rim-flow swimming pool. The lower level has a fully equipped gym with Technogym cardio and weight training equipment as well as a professional chefs kitchen and secure garage parking for two cars.

Interior and exterior finishes include contemporary pieces by Arper, Benchmark, Minotti, OKHA, Raun, Royal Botania and Zanottu. 008 Villa showcases an impressive selection of art by renowned South African artists Dylan Lewis, Lionel Smit and Colbert Mashile.

This is a full-service villa, offering a private chef to cater to your culinary desires. The housekeeping and grounds team will ensure that the villa is always kept looking immaculate. The manager/concierge is on call to plan the perfect itinerary for you – everything from restaurant bookings, excursions, cultural and adventure activities to charters, chauffeur drives and transfers.

Backup Power

008 Villa has solar and battery backup. Only the Aircon and ovens don’t work during outages.

Guest Access

The First, Ground and Lower Ground floors make up the rentable area of the 008 Villa with the exception of the staff quarters, managers office and machinery room. The Top Floor is the owner’s personal space, and whilst it is never occupied during a rental, it is strictly out of bounds. This floor is monitored via a separate alarm system and an access clause is specified and agreed to in the rental contract.

Hazards

As this is a design property, we need to point out potential hazards such as the lack of balcony balustrades and staircase railings as well as drop-offs, voids, unmarked glass, unfenced pond and pools. These hazards are specified and agreed to in the rental contract.

Insurance

We encourage clients to take out comprehensive insurance covering the loss of personal effects, personal injury, medical emergencies as well as expenses relating to
emergency travel arrangements, cancellations, and / or curtailment of travel plans. Such insurance must cover all force majeure events and other events beyond the villa’s control.
