A group of 12 people can stay here yet never feel on top of each other. 5We had a wonderful time staying at Esta-Marita’s place! The villa is beautiful with incredible views. The rooms were beautiful and bathrooms were great sizes and this was a perfect place for a group of c. 8 people.
The host was very responsive and accommodating for our check-in.
The location is great, it was about a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars, so you’re far enough for it to be peaceful but close enough to the action. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa and would love to come back!
5A modern well set up house in the most magnificently beautiful location. About a 10 minute walk to Camps Bay which is full of restaurants, clubs and cafes, everything you want for a great night out. Plus Camps Bay on the hop-on-hop-off tourist bus route which is really convenient for getting around Cape Town.
Happily recommend it to anyone with a group of say 6 people or so as everything just worked well

5We were a family of 12 visiting this gorgeous house in Camps Bay. The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony! The kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed to cook all our meals, and each pair had access to their own bathroom. Both Esta-Marita and the house managers were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was wonderful to have a cleaner on the weekdays, it made the holiday even more relaxed. Thank you for making my dad’s 70th celebration a trip to remember!
5Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! The view is absolutely incredible, and the villa itself is outstanding. Big open spaces but still cozy and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need for preparing meals. The host and staff were so kind and responsive — really great service. I loved the thoughtful touches like juice, milk, coffee, tea, oil, salt & pepper, and even a little treat waiting for us on arrival. Highly recommend this villa!

5We had a very good stay at the villa. The host was excellent and very helpful, and the price was really reasonable. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, the place was clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. The villa is a bit old but has been renovated, so overall it was comfortable. Just a few small points: the TVs are old and not smart TVs, and there are some minor repairs that could be improved. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

4Our group had a great stay here – everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, all with a great view with the exception of one lower level bedroom. We walked to the beach front, ubered around Cape Town very easily, and enjoyed the outdoor area. It took some practice to get used to all of the house locks and alarm system – we set it off a few times by accident and the armed response showed up fairly quickly to assess. Overall, a beautiful location and home.

5The home was absolutely perfect! Our party of 10 was very comfortable with the sleeping and bathroom arrangements! The location offers gorgeous sunsets and views of Table Mountain and Lions Head. It’s in a residential area but excellent restaurants are 5 driving minutes away at the beachfront. The staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. They responded to our questions in a timely and professional manner. 10/10

The villa is equipped with an alarm system, making us feel secure throughout our stay. The view of the sunset over the bay is absolutely breathtaking – it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
There are strict noise restrictions, and we had to sign additional, detailed contracts agreeing to be mindful of the noise levels. This made it clear that if we were too noisy, we would be asked to leave immediately. So, this villa is ideal for a peaceful getaway with family and friends, perfect for quiet dinners and relaxation. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility in a beautiful location.

We stayed here with our extended family, and the massive house catered for all of us comfortably. The house was very well equipped, and the addition of washing machine, dryer and dishwasher made it even better.
The house had a cleaner who came in the mornings and did a great job of tidying and washing the house. We would definitely recommend this listings to any family wanting to stay near the sea and relax

5What a view! Every room had the most beautiful view over the bay. The house was immaculate, with daily cleaning from the most lovely housekeeper who looked after us brilliantly. The pool is not heated so was rather fresh during our stay, although that didn’t stop the children from having a dip. Local wise, it’s a 5min drive down the hill to the supermarket and to the restaurants along the beach front, 20-25mins into the centre Cape Town. Table mountain cable car is even closer and there is easy access to the Cape as well. We had a fabulous day out to the Cape of Good Hope and to the penguins at Boulders Beach.
We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all to be together or find somewhere quiet if needed. The house was well equipped although we only had breakfast in the house so didn’t need to cook anything. Overall, a perfect, relaxing, safe spot to explore Cape Town and its surroundings.
5The private chef recommendation worked out great. The house manager was incredibly responsive and even helped us in a pinch! Highly recommend. The sunsets were SPECTACULAR!

5Beautiful house – spacious, good facilities, well equipped, great views, ideal for a very large family (or two smaller ones).
Note that you do need a car to get around – walking to shops/restaurants is too far (up the hill) – we took tons of Ubers, which are cheap and plentiful available.

Pros:
1. The host and concierge were EXTREMELY helpful leading up to my stay in helping me obtain a chef, ground transportation, and a yacht rental. I am so grateful for that assistance, ESPECIALLY our chef, Albert.
2. Albert. I cant express enough how amazing all the food was and how generous and helpful he was to us.
3. The views are AMAZING!
4. Rooms are clean and spacious
5. There is a binder with clear instructions about how to do everything from lock the house to how to work the televisions. VERY helpful.
Cons:
1. No generator. This was the sorest spot of our stay. The load shedding was significant. On 2 days of our stay the power was out for 6 waking hours. There are lamps for the nighttime, but it made scheduling dinners and preparing for outings challenging. It also tripped the water heater so we had cold showers for 2 days. However, they came and fixed it promptly when I asked about it.

5This is a spacious and beautiful house. We all feel safe to live here. The location is great, we can easily go to the beach, table mountain and the Victoria port.
5Amazing villa with a huge outdoor area and pool! We made a last minute booking due to a cancellation and had very fast responses from the host who made check in super easy for us. Rooms are all very large and villa is well equipped with all you may need. Cleaner was a gent and very reliable and helpful. This villa is perfect for a group and we had a blast in Camps Bay!

5The house is spotless, well equipped and has everything you need for a long or short stay. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. By car you just 1 minute away from shops and the beach. You can even walk there.

5Super Safe and Helpful! The host was incredibly helpful and was very responsive. There is a team of people that can help you at any moment and the housekeeper did an amazing job of cleaning up daily! We were also worried about safety of belongings, but felt incredibly safe the entire time with an alarm system and the housekeeper to watch over our belongings. Stayed for a long period of time and had no issues at all! Thanks again for a great stay!
