17 Geneva Lower is an open plan single bedroom apartment, located within walking distance to the white sands of Camps Bay beach and numerous restaurants.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with built-in cupboards and a shower. Large wooden sliding doors open up onto a private garden with splash pool.
At the opposite end to the bedroom is the modest open plan kitchen. In the centre is a cosy living room and a 2 seater dining table.

only slight annoyance was the gardeners came in one day and we had to go inside for half hour
55 Gehminuten zum Strand und vielen Bars und Restaurants. Gleichzeitig ist das Garten Apartment eine richtige Ruheoase! Wir waren mit kleinem Baby da und haben vor allem den Außenbereich sehr genossen! Ansonsten super sauber und gut ausgestattet.
4We had a lovely stay at the apartment – great location (super close to Camps bay restaurants, bars, beach), lovely bedding/towels, the daily housekeeper was a lovely touch. The plunge pool was great to cool off in when sun bathing. The only inconvenience I would flag is that the house 2 doors down was having a lot of construction work so if you are planning on staying/chilling at the house in the days – we had loud drilling and building works across most of the day.
5Staff were lovely, great communication. Apartment was well situated and close to beach and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather however the apartment would be great in summer with the plunge pool and outside area
4Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Chuma war sehr nett. Der Strand ist fußläufig entfernt.
Gestört haben uns die Bauarbeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, tagsüber hatte man in dem Garten keine Ruhe. Zudem muss man beachten, dass noch 2 weitere Parteien in dem Haus sind, laute Gespräche/Musik etc. hört man also auch, zudem haben die Balkone freie Sicht auf den Garten.
Cave: man wird aufgefordert eine recht hohe Check-In Gebühr zu zahlen, wenn man nach 19 Uhr eincheckt, dies ist im Inserat nicht ersichtlich, also besser vorher klären.
5I didn’t realize that booking. com didn’t allow for direct payment when I first made our reservation, so was a little sketched out when the E&V team sent me a payment link, but the team was super understanding and helped me move our reservation over to Airbnb to allow for integrated payment. Check-in was fantastic (someone met us at the door with keys and instructions, even though it was nearly 10 PM when we arrived), and the apartment was everything it purported to be. The space was adorable and clean, the pool refreshing (though not heated!), and The team lovely to work with. This apartment is also in an incredible part of the city, near hiking, and very walkable to both excellent restaurants and the beach, which made it ideal. The only criticism I might be able to offer is that it was a little musty-smelling, but that happens when you have a bottom apartment near the ocean. Love, love, love. Can’t wait to come back!
5A little oasis. It was great having the pool & being so close to the beach with all the restaurants. Chuma was lovely & very helpful. A really lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

5The garden cottage is perfect for a stay in Camp’s Bay. Peaceful, secure, pristine, very comfortable, beautiful garden, all the amenities you need.
I loved the plunge pool and outside area: Perfect for meals, reading, resting, and cooling down.
A 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
Chuma from Engel & Volkers was a wonderful host: Warm, friendly, and responsive.
Monica was excellent: Warm, caring, efficient.

I would recommend Sweet Greta to anyone wanting to spend time in beautiful Cape Town.

5Camps bay is beautiful. This little apartment was conveniently located and very cozy. Monica is super awesome at cleaning the apartment every day if you want her to. I would stay here again.
5Great apartment that feels like a villa with your own private pool. Very tropical outdoor area, close to the beach and all the restaurants. Wouldn’t think twice to go again. Host is very responsive and helpful too. All in all a great place with good value for money
5What a wonderful place and such great hosts! Communication for checkout was clear and they even messaged us each day to let us know if there would be load shedding.
We stayed while it was gloomy and they had multiple panel heaters and an extra space heater that kept the place warm and cozy. A housekeeper came every day and they asked for our most convenient times.
Overall, a great experience and a cozy and clean place!
4The apartment is lovely, seems like a hidden oasis with a private little pool and a beautiful intimate outside area.
Chuma was super responsive and kind on every request and communication.
The nearby area is lively but still feels safe.
Overall great stay, with the only remark being the garden door which, being it just clicked in with no lock, once during a windy night caused the alarm to activate giving us quite a tensed night afterwards. Loadshedding unfortunately quite frequent, with no generator allowing to use wi fi when electricity is off.
4The apartment was perfect for our needs – spacious, quiet, private and very well equipped. We loved the garden area and the location is second to none; walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants in Camps Bay. Parking was easy and we felt safe and secure in the apartment (there’s an alarm system).
Only slight issue was wifi didn’t work for the duration of our stay, which made things tricky as we were part of a wedding party from the UK and were relying on wifi to coordinate the many plans. However, Chuma helped as much as possible and was in constant communication to try and resolve things.
Monica, the housekeeper, is lovely and very helpful.
4Brilliant location in the heart of Camps Bay. We loved that we could walk to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, quiet and we loved that the pool got sun all day! We also felt safe with an alarm to set even when sleeping 🙂 Only downsides were a temperamental shower (hot was very hot, cold was very cold) & a grey pool blue would have been nice – but this is minor detail – overall we would give it a 9/10!
