This luxurious villa in Camps Bay has 6 stunningly spacious en suite sea-facing bedrooms with balconies and a rooftop jacuzzi.
The main bedroom has an enormous raindance indoor shower, leading into a separate outdoor shower.  Extravagant bathrooms also boasts amazing sea views.

22 Geneva Drive has a wonderful big entertainment area with a BBQ and Pizza Oven.

The infinity pool stretches the length of the property and seamlessly flows into the horizon.

Beautiful clean white flooring has been used throughout the living areas and luxury carpets have been used in the bedrooms. 22 Geneva Drive was designed in such a manner as to be surprisingly well protected from the wind.

The open plan living area flows into the kitchen and dining area to seamlessly blend into the terrace through 15m long glass doors. Fully fitted with Miele kitchen appliances the kitchen includes a separate scullery, espresso machine, dishwashers, double fridge, washing machine, drying machines, ice maker, soda cooler fridge, and a large climate-controlled wine cabinet.

This Camps Bay luxury villa is very spacious, with lots of light, and each room has a panoramic view of Camps Bay Beach and Lion’s Head. Perfect for a group or a big family.

Secured parking for 2 vehicles.

Full-time Housekeeping is included from Mon-Fri, weekends on request.

Weekly garden and pool services ensure that the property stays immaculate.

22 Geneva Drive is fully secured with an alarm and electric fencing around the property,  the villa is contracted with a security company that is based 1 min down the road.

The bedrooms in the house are as follows:

Housekeeper

The housekeeper, Ms. Chancy, is totally reliable and trustworthy and has her own set of keys.
Her working hours are from 09h30 till 16h30 (Monday to Friday)
There is a separate weekend service that can be offered, should you require it. This is for your own account: Saturday and Sunday R400. It should be arranged with the house manager but payment will be directly to Chancy (or her replacement should Chancy not be available) and is on a cash-only basis.
Chancy is primarily employed to keep the house and surrounding areas clean, however, when her duties are completed she will be happy to assist. Please feel free to give her a tip on your departure if she has looked after you well.

Laundry

Personal laundry can be arranged with Chancy at a cost.
External laundry can also be arranged but at your own cost. We recommend “Quick Washing” in Sea Point. They provide a pick-up and delivery service.

Linen

The linen in each room will be changed twice a week. Should you require a change of linen in between for any reason, please ask Chancy

The villa has a separate granny /nanny flat should you wish to bring your nanny. This is fully private and has a bathroom attached. Should an additional fee apply it will be confirmed by the owner on request.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by guests to remove smoke odor from the property. Smoking can take place on the front deck-terrace – please ask Chancy for an ashtray.
