This spectacular modern villa is ideal for a group or a large family, offering 5 bedrooms, a standalone studio (with it’s own kitchen and bathroom), 6 en suite bathrooms, 1 WC, private pool, rooftop Jacuzzi, lift, secure parking, in addition to breath-taking, panoramic mountain and ocean views.
The bedroom with the two single beds may also be converted into a King-size bed with a mattress converter upon request (request to be made upon booking confirmation).
Embrace the vibes of Camps Bay, with everything a stone's throw from the villa. After a stroll on the beach, wander to the strip for restaurants, cafes, and shops. When it's time to see more of Cape Town, it's an easy taxi/Uber ride away.
This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. 4 (out of 6) bedrooms have panoramic view of Camps Bay beach and Lion's head.
The villa offers generous living space, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone one can get some quiet time! The villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed wind secluded swimming pool with a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top Jacuzzi with it’s with separate deck relaxing area.
The villa has a secure double indoor garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift from the 1st till the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the House, through the garage and through the front door. If required, privacy could be kept between the Studio and the rest of the House. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required

Bedroom 3 – two Single beds (can be converted to 1 x King size bed. To be requested prior upon booking confirmation request)
Bedroom 4 – one King sized bed

Bedroom 6 - is a Studio Loft apartment – one Queen sized bed (& single bed can be added on request)
The Studio is located on Level 1 and has it’s own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, a large living room, a lovely loft double bedroom on the mezzanine level and a private sun deck. The Studio also enjoys it's separate entrance. This stunning large Studio Loft could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more there privacy. There is plenty of room in the living space to add an additional single bed at an additional cost of R500/nights, if required, or our complimentary baby cot.

24 Geneva A has a full time House Manager who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. We also have a housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 4pm). We only use eco friendly (non-chemical) cleaning solutions now.
The villa comes equipped with full time housekeeping service (Mon-Fri) and a Villa Manager. Her services are also available on the weekend or public holiday at a additional fee. We can also arrange an In-house Chef Service, massages at the villa, tours, transport and babysitting.
There are two ways to enter the House, through the garage and through the front door.
If required, privacy could be kept between the Studio and the rest of the House.
The national electricity supply grid in South Africa is currently under strain and, at times, the electricity provider, Eskom, cannot provide sufficient electricity to meet everyone’s needs. In order to manage electricity demand, Eskom imposes power outages, “Load Shedding”, at scheduled time slots (usually 2 hours at a time) in the different areas (zones) of Cape Town, and indeed throughout the whole of South Africa.
Please note, the villa is equipped with solar-power, and with a battery backup system, which together power the entire house, except for the lift, air-con, heaters, stove/oven & jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. Therefore during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities by means of 2 gas burners in the kitchen, so a portable stove connected to a 9kg gas bottle.
Whilst the solar panels and power back-up systems are comprehensive, we advise guests to download the load shedding app “Load Shedding Notifier” before arrival, so that guests will know when the villa is running on the back-up system. The app is also useful for planning your evening’s entertainment throughout the city, by actively avoiding areas that are experiencing load shedding. We would also recommend that guest manage their energy use efficiently during load shedding times to ensure they don’t run out of power.

There were 6 adapter plugs provided which was super thoughtful.
The cleaners were very friendly and helpful. They came on Monday and made the place sparkling clean, washed our laundry and washed any kitchen utensils we used.
Definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking to fully enjoy their stay in Cape Town.
5The Villa and the views are just perfect and is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Can‘t imagine having a better stay in Camps Bay. Lavinia, Elisha and the Girls have been the best hosts.

5Beautiful location and stunning views! The house was large and spacious and perfect for our family. The check-in gal picked up groceries for us before we arrived, which made adjusting to a different time zone way easier. The daily housekeepers were a real help. They even took care of our laundry for a very reasonable fee. The host provided all the essentials we needed. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the hospitality and ease of check in and check out.
5We absolutely loved it!!! Our family of 8 had lots of space and privacy. Everything we needed was available and on hand. We where welcomed with a beautiful and plentiful fruit basked and the most beautiful flower arrangement, everything local. 10/10 recommend this place.
5Geneva Drive is a beautiful property in a stunning location overlooking Camps Bay. We were a family group of 12 – adults and children – and had ample space for everyone to enjoy communal and alone time. There is ample parking, outdoor balcony space and internal seating areas. Perfect for a 5 day stay or longer.
5The house and location were excellent. Lavinia gave us great local recs and was always responsive. House was beautiful with outstanding views. Kids loved the hot tub. We experienced load shedding the first evening, which resulted in some electrical issues. However, Lavinia had someone over immediately the following day to reset things. I believe they are in the process of getting a back up generator.
4Fantastic Host and Home. Well located. Amazing views. Con: at this price point I would have expected home to be more equipped for load shedding. Disappointing that there was only an odd desk lamp in each room on the ups. And there was a significant portion of the day affected by load shedding in my stay. Few teething problems at check in. That were well and timeously sorted by host.

5Had such an amazing stay at this Camps Bay property! The views of sunset from the top floor are absolutely stunning. Each bedroom is unique and has its own bathroom which made it a great experience for our group of 11. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Cape Town!! Thank you Lavinia!

5Lavinia and team were the best hosts. Offered lots of help with everything that we needed from chefs, tours, etc. check in with the lovely lady was a breeze and the home is just beautiful. I had my grandparents staying with me and the elevator was a big help getting them up and down the stairs. Loadshedding was fine because they have a generator. House cleaned daily. Beautiful views. Walking distance to shops. Clean and peaceful. Close to the action but far enough for no disturbance. Highly recommend
5This home is perfectly located to Camps Bay shops and restaurants. It’s absolutely spectacular—beautiful views of the water and so perfectly appointed with high-quality, modern furnishings. There are a lot of stairs and an elevator for convenience with suitcases. Everyone has their own privacy. I’d absolutely recommend it.
