Located in Camps Bay, one of the most vibrant coastal suburbs in Cape Town, with incredible ocean and mountain views all around. Comfortably cushioned by a naturally beautiful environment, our local paradise exquisitely contrasts a modern home. Following a flight of sleek tiled steps from the main entrance taking us into a trendy open-plan area. On your left, you’ll find a dining area to seat 8 guests. If you want to heat things up, the dining room leads into a jacuzzi and sauna room where you can kick back and relax.
On the terrace, you’ll find an outdoor pool and gas barbeque with the view of our gorgeous mountain on the left, and be completely taken aback by the exquisite ocean view. The terrace is surrounded by a short railing (safety first!) with a staircase leading to a large lawn – perfect for hosting a private function or intimate gatherings with friends. Not to mention, there is a play area for the kids, too!
Through to the kitchen, a modern double fridge, built-in microwave and gas stove to capture that perfect cooking temperature. Ample counter space to spread a feast, with LED lighting setting the mood. The kitchen is connected to a fully stocked gym with a mirrored wall, including a treadmill, a weightlifting machine, skipping ropes, a yoga mat and loose weights. This floor also boasts aircon and a comfortable four-seater couch and ottomans facing a large Smart TV. Featuring a private area with a built-in gas fireplace if you’re looking for romance – toasty!
An oak spiral staircase leads you to a four-bedroom area. The first bedroom has a spacious queen size bed and en-suite bath and shower, with heated towel rails. Boasting ocean views through terrace access. Bedrooms two and three have a double and three-quarter bed respectively – room for the whole family and an extensive shared bathroom. Your master bedroom: A king size bed, en-suite with a bath, shower, double vanity and heated towel rails. Balcony access through shutters and a Smart TV (encoded with DSTV).
The first floor features an apartment with direct garden and play area access, a beautiful view and its own private entrance. Inside; a king size bed, air conditioning, fully operational and modern kitchen, a lounge with a Smart TV (including DSTV) in both the living area and the bedroom with a bath and shower.
Lets talk security. The first-floor apartment has an alarm system, intercom and camera included. The main house also includes a full alarm and intercom system. Your vehicles are completely safe on the paved parking and in the double garage, too. Ample space!

5This house was amazing, the views of the mountains and the ocean were incredible. There was a jungle gym for the kids to play in the back yard and a nice pool as well. The master bedroom is huge with the best views and a small private balcony. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Stoney, the maid on premise was one of the best parts of the stay. He would assist us with anything we needed. He cleaned, did the dishes, made the beds, and laundry. The house was in the best location with perfect views and complete peace and quiet but just a few minutes drive to the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. Major plus as well was all the rooms in the house had air conditioning.

3The location was beautiful, however, there were some issues. Not enough glassware for our party of 5. Not enough towels, the cleaner re-hung dirty towels on the floor. Outside table had no chairs and couch was missing cushions. When we asked about it, the housekeeper said they had them, but never set them up. The cleaner moved all of our belongings to closets, including toiletries, which was disorienting. The housekeeper would hang around a lot both in the home and on the deck, so privacy was lacking. One of the bedrooms listed in description is a seperate unit in the home and therefore wasn’t used. It was a beautiful location, but not worth the money.

4Beautiful Home and very friendly Hestony to help when needed, but we had problems with the light in the bathroom not switching off, and would expect a home of this stature to have an Invertor with the extensive loadshedding.

5Thank you so much for making this space available for people like ourselves to truly enjoy the beauty of Cape Town. This place is exactly as advertised and the views are breath taking. So so clean and in a great location. Close to the beach and not too far from town and close by areas. The hosts were understanding and accommodated what we needed for the weekend. It was very spacious and worth every penny.
