1. 3The location is excellent, the views are fantastic, and the apartment is beautifully decorated but very worn down. Unfortunately, it is in need of significant maintenance. We found mould in the bathrooms, torn wallpaper, a persistent smell from both toilets, yellow water throughout our stay, ants in the apartment, and cleanliness below expectations. Several fixtures were also worn or damaged, including the washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen cupboards, carpet, and outdoor furniture. It is a shame, as Nox is usually of a very high standard as we’ve booked with them before and this property was surprising in comparison. That said, the Nox team were excellent throughout: friendly, professional, and quick to respond to every issue. We hope the owners invest in bringing the apartment up to the standard it deserves and one that Nox can represent proudly!

2. 5Tolle Wohnung, ein sehr großes Bett und zwei große Betten. Check-In war etwas schwieriger, und unglücklich, da wir im strömenden Regen warten mussten. Trotzdem sehr tolle Unterkunft mit tollem Sonnenuntergang.

3. 5Nox was very clear and honest about the renovations taking place next door. Luckily, I hardly heard any of them. It was a fabulous stay with outstanding views. The apartment itself was so spacious and relaxing. The apartment was cleaned each day which made the experience even more enjoyable. I felt very safe and and at home within the apartment block. Centrally located to shops and a short walk to the beach, tennis and paddle courts at The Glen Country Club.

4. 5The establishment was good surrounded by beautiful setting. You easily walk to Camps Bay, Clifton 1,2,3,4 beeches. Great for an active lifestyle if you like walking or running. Will definitely book it again.

5. 41. The location is excellent, with a wide-open sea view and convenient transportation.
   2. The facilities are relatively outdated. On the first day of check-in, the floor drain had a drainage problem, and water flooded everywhere while taking a shower, but fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The washing machine is quite old; it damaged my shirt and dyed it gray.
   3. During the last two days of my stay, the strong odor of paint from the construction work next door was overwhelming and gave me a headache.

6. 49 on Nautica is an amazing spot. The view is extraordinary and we enjoyed our time on the balcony watching the sunset. It is a nice and spacious apartment for us as a family. The team was very helpful with all the points, which we recognized. They worked on fixing all our concerns and were clear in their communication that construction activities are going on in the area around. We enjoyed our stay and our time in Cape Town…

12. 5Our second time! The apartment is spotless and very well furnished and decorated. Well positioned for both Cape Town and exploring further afield. The view is amazing, it’s difficult to tear yourself away. Elton and Laya were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again.

16. 5We had a fabulous time. The communication was fantastic and Nox really helped in every aspect making our stay delightful. The apartment was just as pictured having everything we needed and in a great location. Homely and complete. A lovely apartment and we would love to return in the future.

17. 5Really enjoyed my stay at Nine on Nautica. The apartment has fantastic views over the ocean, which was what I was after. It is also clean and comfortable. I was staying on my own and always felt very secure during my stay.

21. 5If you’re looking for a spacious, beautifully decorated apartment close to the beach, this place is for you!
    The apartment is well situated (a few hundred meters above Clifton 4th) with stunning views from both balconies.
    The decor is a good blend of luxury and hominess, making it feel like a welcoming beach house.
    The staff were friendly and we greatly appreciated the daily cleaning service – Thanks Layla! ?
    Highly recommended!
