5I absolutely loved my stay in Camps Bay! The place was stunning and lived up to every expectation. The location is unbeatable, and the team at Nox were fantastic hosts – professional, responsive, and made everything so easy. A perfect stay in a beautiful setting!

3We waren niet heel enthousiast. Minpunten zijn dat er zaken worden beloofd maar niet worden ingelost. Zo kun je roomservice bestellen, maar nergens is bekend wat de zogenaamde openingstijden van de shop zijn, ook niet na het te hebben gedaan van navraag. Dus als je begin avond een flesje wijn en een kaasje besteld, krijg je die pas de volgende dag. Communicate hierover gaat slecht. Maar schijnbaar hebben ze toegang tot je woning, want zonder toestemming of vraag hierom zijn ze binnengereden. Housekeeping komt soms wel en soms niet. Tevens is er weinig sfeer te creëren met de spierwitte TL-plafondverlichting die ze hebben opgehangen. De avond van onze aankomst hebben we een probleem met één van de lampen die wel sfeerverlichting had kunnen geven gemeld, maar dit probleem hebben ze nooit verholpen. Na 3x vragen en achteraan gaan, heb ik dit opgegeven. De antwoorden die ze geven is telkens erg begripvol en lijkt heel chatGPT gestuurd, want uiteindelijk komt er weinig van terecht.
3The apartment has a great location and is spacious, but unfortunately there were some issues during my stay. The bathroom is old and needs renovation, there were insects and ants in the apartment, and the bed was uncomfortable. I hope the host improves the cleanliness and maintenance because the location is really nice.
