Enter through the wooden door to find a private haven designed for the ultimate holiday experience. Choose to enter directly to the pool deck or through the front door and down a half-flight of stairs to discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms surrounding a cosy TV lounge, most with access to the pool deck.
Immerse yourself in the chic interiors adorned with whitewashed ash-blonde wood, cream travertine, and carefully curated artworks.
First Guest Bedroom: Located to the left, features twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
Second and Third Bedrooms: Positioned to the right, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both opening onto the pool deck with stunning sea views. These rooms share a charming bathroom with a tub and separate shower.
Main En suite Bedroom: Accessible from the spacious TV lounge with an L-shaped leather sofa, this light-filled room boasts a king-size bed, walk-through cupboard, and a large bathroom with double showers, a pebble tub, and double basins, all offering enveloping views.
Ascend a flight of stairs from the lounge (or directly from the front door) to the public spaces, which offers panoramic views of the beaches, mountains and ocean.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with two ovens, a large fridge and a cappuccino-maker. Open plan to the 14-seater dining table with wrap-around views.
Main Lounge: Features white-washed wood finishes with sea-green and orange décor accents, and dark wood pieces. A large gas fireplace adds warmth during winter months. The lounge opens onto the upstairs furnished deck and includes a dayroom with a huge couch that can be turned into a double bed and an Indonesian cupboard.
Additional TV Nook: Located behind the main lounge, with a fabulous daybed perfect for teenagers or any guest seeking a bit of solitude.
Outdoor Facilities:
Downstairs Pool Deck: Well furnished with eight loungers, a comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs near the built-in gas BBQ. The BBQ area includes a bar fridge, cupboards and connections for the house sound system. There is also an outdoor eight-seater dining table and more seating on the upstairs open-air deck.
Staff:
Beach Rock Villa is managed by a full-time House Manager and Host who will ensure a smooth check-in and provide assistance during your stay. The villa is serviced daily (Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 16:00 pm) to a high standard by our wonderful housekeeper, who lives on the premises, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
*Additionally, the property also have a road security for ease of mind, as we don't have a garage but make use of street parking (included in the rental fee).
Additional Amenities:
Office: Equipped with a desk and office chair, credenza with printer; and fitted with a sofa bed, providing a comfortable sleeping area for younger guests.
Laundry: The house is fitted with a separate laundry area, exterior to the kitchen.
Breakfast: Chef service is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or BBQ. Pre-booking is required as this service is provided through a reputable outsourced vendor at an additional fee.
Guest access
The villa is located right on the beach, with a staircase leading from the main road to the main gate of the property. Guests have full access to the house and a secluded area of the beach via another staircase from the villa’s gate to the white, sandy beach.
Refundable Breakage Deposit:
We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid via prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded to you within 48 hours of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.
Loadshedding:
The national electricity supply grid in South Africa is currently under strain and, at times, the electricity provider, Eskom, cannot provide sufficient electricity to meet everyone’s needs. In order to manage electricity demand, Eskom imposes power outages, “Load Shedding”, at scheduled time slots (usually 2 hours at a time) in the different areas (zones) of Cape Town, and indeed throughout the whole of South Africa.
Please note, the villa is equipped with solar power and back-up inverters that power the whole house except the oven, with a gas hob in the kitchen to mitigate the effects of load shedding.
