1. 5Excellent service with easy check in and out. Nox representative was available at check in, even though our arrival was after office hours, and explained everything clearly. The facility was Excellent and as described and in the photos.

2. 5Our stay at this beach house was outstanding. The property offers truly impressive ocean views, and the location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The housekeeper deserves special recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She maintained the property to a very high standard and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a high-quality seaside retreat.

6. 1We have stayed in this lovely home twice, each with extended family joining us. It is a perfect home and location for a large family or group, with the beach and shopping a short walk away. The bedrooms, bathrooms and dining and living room facilities are able to accommodate large groups easily. Views are spectacular too and there is easy parking for 3 or 4 cars in the garage and driveway.

7. 5The property was way nicer than expected and worth it. Turnkey365 was clear with the check-in and check-out instructions, and they gave us a walkthrough of the property and amenities which was welcoming. Our housekeeper was very kind and kept the place very clean. The area was quiet and safe, and the property has a spectacular view of Camps Bay. Will definitely stay there again if my friends and I visit Camps Bay again!

8. 5This place was AMAZING! It was pretty much right next to Camps Bay beach and in walking distant to lots of restaurants and shops along the beach walk. The property was HUGE, with lots of space and a lovely dining room, kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, we did not get to jump in the pool, but it was always clean. The maid was there M-F cleaning up our dishes, doing our laundry and tidying up the place. She had a strong work ethic and everything was nice and clean when we got back after a long day out. We loved it!!! Not a single complaint. Affordable for such a huge place in a prime location.
   Note – Walk to Maiden’s cove for sunset. It is so beautiful.

9. 4Fantastic house, location and we were very well looked after by the housekeeper.
   There were a few things that didn’t work and the house overall needs a little bit of TLC.

11. 4Beach Villa 1 was situated in a great place with a great view. The space was large enough for our party of 10 and had all the amenities needed for a big group. The host was responsive and saw to all our needs.

18. 5We had an exceptional stay at this property-one of those life experiences we were glad to had.The villa itself is incredibly beautiful and looked exactly what the images showed. Super nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Turnkey 365 is a super-host with a flawless communication which made our stay even better. Property’s housekeeper Ms. Thembeka is very friendly, helpful and kind. All good, and would definitely recommend staying here.

19. 5Pictures don’t give this place justice. Beautiful home with a million dollar view of Camps Bay. Someone met us for check-in and check-out and explained everything to us. Communication was great, and we were always able to text with any questions. The kitchen is decently equipped and there are LOTS of dishes/silverware. The large dinning room table comfortably set our family of 10 after our nightly BBQ on the remarkably clean Weber propane grill. The housekeeper did a great job keeping the house spotless—it always smelled amazing. My only complaint is that the weather was too cold to enjoy the beautiful infinity pool (although the kids didn’t seem to mind the cold water). I highly recommend staying here!

    things that were not described:
    – From the entrance all the way to the hall there are multiple stairs, so from entrance to the dining room you’ve got stairs, then to the hall stairs again, it’s hard when you’ve got younger kids and elderly.
    – Master bedroom toilet has no door
    everything else, was great..

22. 5If anything, the pictures do not do this place justice…..the views ae simply sensational. It’s a great base not only to chill out in Camps Bay, but also to explore Cape Town and the surrounding area.
    Great service from the Turnkey staff – helped arrange early drop off of our bags prior to official check-in, efficient check in and fantastic cleaning service throughout.
    We were a family group (of 7) and this property + service worked perfectly.

25. 5Wir eine Familie mit 7 haben den Aufenthalt hier unendlich genossen.Tolle Villa,toller Blick und der Service von Thembi war perfekt.Wir sind traurig abreisen zu müssen und dankbar für die schöne Zeit hier. Neben der klasse Umgebung und tollen Restaurants haben wir auch einen tollen Braai gemacht und den Pool genossen!!!Gerne wieder.

26. 5This was the ultimate place to stay in Camp’s Bay. Spectacular view with quick access to walk down to the beach. Beautiful home with pool to plunge in.
    All our question and needs were met by the staff. Top notch service.

Our turnkey host- Lance was very accommodating and flexible when our late arrival and his professional and friendly personality made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much

28. 3Good bits first: Beach Villa 1 is in a top location for Camps Bay, it’s well appointed and has great layout. The booking process, communications with Turnkey365 and check-in were all very efficient.
    Though somewhat tired in terms of decor and fixtures (the photos are quite flattering), Beach Villa 1 works perfectly well as a five bedroom property
    As a party of 8, with two couples and four singles, however, we needed six bedrooms. While the bedrooms in the main house were absolutely fine, the sixth in an attached but separate unit was damp, had mould on some walls & curtains and was unfit for use (the presence of de-humidifiers suggests it was a known problem, but had not been addressed).
    Lance at Turnkey 365 did his best to help and deal with the issues relating to bedroom 6, but was ultimately unable to resolve them to our satisfaction and and we were eventually moved to an alternative property.
    My understanding is that the issues we raised are being addressed.

33. 4Turnkey365 group definitely deserves 5-stars! They were helpful and responsive. This along with the home’s million dollar view of Camps Bay Beach brought the overall rating up to 4-stars. The property itself is in need of some maintenance and standing alone would have been only 3-stars. The service from the Turnkey365 group and the amazing view with quick access to the beach made the maintenance issues more tolerable. Great overall stay, close to restaurants, adequate parking, safe area!

34. 5What a wonderful location! We were steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The housekeeping staff was friendly and kept the house spotless. We had a great experience!

35. 5A really beautiful villa – top notch – and a great experience all round. My one gripe would be for the price, I think they should have a plan B for when there is load shedding such as a generator or solar powered lighting. There were a few small battery operated lights dotted around the place so we weren’t stumbling around in the dark but I don’t think its really acceptable that we had to sit around with candles in a ZAR 20,000 per night house. Otherwise perfect

36. 5Julian and Lance were efficient, friendly and welcoming. We had a memorable stay.

37. 3The house needs a full renovation. The mugs and stuffs in the kitchen have to be changed. The couches in the living room and many other furnitures have to be replaced.
    The bathrooms and beds also need to be upgraded. For the price we paid, i think it should have been more posh.
    There was no hot water in 3 bathrooms when we reached. This lasted for 2 days. But fortunately the manager was very responsive and got it fixed. The location is the best tho.
    I believe if it’s renovated fully, it will be value for money. Also i believe the cleaning rates should have been included.

42. 5Staying here was a dream! The location was perfect as it’s right by the beach and close to all the Camps Bay restaurants. The pool was a little smaller than we’d expected from the pictures but otherwise it’s very spacious and we had a pleasant stay!

45. 5The most wonderful thing about this place is it’s location in Camps Bay. What a view! Across from a magnificent beach and easily walkable to some fantastic restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It’s a ‘flat’ walk too – didn’t really consider this at time of booking but glad we chose a property on the sea front, some seriously steep roads behind us where a lot of properties are. The house itself is not huge but big enough – lots of different areas to chill in so our party of 12 never felt on top of each other. The pool is small ish but absolutely adequate for a cool down. The two main bedrooms are wonderful, stunning views, the rest of bedrooms are ok – perfect for our family. All in all I would certainly come back here …. that view. Wow
