Split over two levels, this grand property exudes an elegant ambiance that is immediately felt on arrival. The lower level of the villa has beautiful wooden floors and houses the living and dining areas. A formal lounge and dining area has plush leather couches, a marble-clad wood-burning fireplace, and an eight-seater dining table. Sliding doors open onto the manicured garden and flood the interior with natural light.
A modern, kitchen features state-of-the-art amenities, including an electric oven and stove, a double fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a casual TV lounge with leather couches and a flat-screen television. A six-seater dining table is ideal for laid-back meals with easy access to the kitchen.
There is one bedroom on the lower level of the villa with a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a cozy private patio with outdoor seating.
A staircase leads to the upper level of the house which has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and luxurious carpeting throughout. At the top of the stairs is a casual sitting area with leather couches.
The master bedroom is spacious and light with a king-size bed (which can be converted to twin beds), an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in double shower, bathtub, double vanities, and a private sitting area with a plush couch. The master bedroom has air-conditioning and access to a shared balcony with views over Camps Bay.
The remaining three bedrooms on the top level have king-size beds bed (which can be converted to twin beds), en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, air-conditioning, and access to a shared balcony with beautiful mountain and sea views.
The villa has a large swimming pool with a security fence, a manicured garden and a covered patio for outdoor dining.
Fully secure with an alarm, the villa has a double garage for two cars and off-street parking for visitors. A short walk will take you to the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and the bustling restaurants, cafés, and bars along the beachfront. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.

5We had a fantastic stay in Camps Bay. The location was beautiful and the accommodation was exactly what we hoped for. Dan was a superb host – friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. 3Upstairs showers do not work

5The residence is in a superb location. Walkable to the beach and close to many restaurants. A very quiet neighborhood indeed.
5The location is excellent and just a short walk down to Camps Bay main beach. The housekeeper Dan was very attentive to our needs. The house is spacious, and we appreciated the 5-bed en-suite set up.
The furniture and fittings are somewhat dated, and the house does need some maintenance. Note there is no guest bathroom, so the downstairs en-suite would be the closest. There were only 6 or 7 dinner plates, which was fine for us as a small group but if you are a larger group expect to have to use paper plates.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
4You will love this property for the location and the space. There’s plenty of room for multiple people and the location is excellent being directly up the road from the Camps Bay waterfront and all the restaurants. Safe, secure and plenty of space to securely park our vehicle which was great.
Our main frustration was the water pressure in some of the bathrooms which means that some of the females in our group struggled to wash their hair and had to use other bathrooms instead. In the final 2 days of our stay something happened to the hot water which meant we were without hot water in the kitchen downstairs and in some of our bathrooms.
Dan (TurnKey host) was excellent in communicating with us. The hot water / bathroom issues are an owner issue – I’d recommend the owner investing in the property to make sure all showers in each bathroom are usable and ensure that the hot water issues that we experienced never happen to someone else. It’s a basic necessity when being away on holiday.
25 star service from Dan and Edna, incredibly responsive, kept the house clean and tidy and always happy to help.
So kind, so helpful, Edna so quick to help with washing. Parking was also easy for two cars.
However the property itself sadly was not so great:
– Very cold and damp and dark
– Visible signs of damp and mould in every bathroom
– Sinks leaking
– A big leak came through the ground floor roof into the living room
– Power went off for a whole night – not due to load shedding
– Washing machine didn’t work, which was one of the reasons we picked this Airbnb . Dan was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to use the one upstairs
– Very tired and dated
– Couldn’t get clothes out and put in wardrobes or drawers as it smelt so musty and damp

5It was a great experience with Turnkey 365 in renting Beachside property in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.

5My friends and I got to stay here for 7 nights and we loved it.
The location was good and we had enough cutlery and crockery to cater to the 10 of us.
Huge shout out to Dan and Edna for making sure we had a good stay and were there to resolve all issues that we had.
The only downside was one of the mounted bedroom heaters was not working but we were provided with a portable one.
Cleaning to be checked especially in the bathrooms and vacuuming the carpets in the bedrooms.
Overall, we loved the experience and we cannot wait to be back in Cape Town.
5We love the place!
There are 5 big bedrooms with bathroom inside each room. There are a lot of space. Big and well equipped kitchen , 2 dinning tables and 2 living rooms. Terrace looking at the beach and outdoor sofas. Dan was very helpful and always responsive. We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we stayed longer so we could use the facilities more. Moreover, we forgot a little bag at the house and realized a day after. Dan assisted us by keeping and be available for the pick up.
Highly recommended.
5We had a lovely stay here. The house is big and spacious and comfortable – although it could use a little revamping in some areas. The location is perfect and a few minutes walk to the beach, café, supermarket, restaurants. Felt safe. There is a view of the sea from the balcony and the veranda and the sunsets are amazing. Overall a great place to stay.
5The villa is placed within a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of various ages. The outside area is great for lazy afternoons, excellent seating area and bbq. The swimming pool is a good size and our grandson loved it. Parking for two cars in the garage and also on the drive. We had the best time and would love to return.

5Perfect location in a quiet residential area, but just a street away from the main road and beach, which was perfect! The house is big and spacious, very suitable for a large family. It was cleaned daily, which was very appreciated. We got help whenever we needed it, thankful for that. The only difficulty were the door keys, which we later learned how to use efficiently, and the coldness in the winter. However, there is a beautiful fire place which kept us warm when we sat by it.

The house was comfortably furnished and well equipped. However, the house is in need of some updating and TLC. Carpets were old and stained and several of the bathrooms had black mould problems.

5An incredible house in an amazing location. Photos didn’t even do the place justice as it was huge! Beautiful bedrooms, all en-suite and a communal areas were great too. Pool and braii area were amazing, with a view of the beach round the corner. Dan cleaned every day and was incredibly friendly, relaxed and generous to us, nothing was too much trouble. no towel rails in bathroom.
poor drainage in shower.
low water pressure.
very lumpy and extremely stained old cushions.
No aircon.
We enjoyed our stay at Camps bay and hope that the listed issues will be resolved for other guests to enjoy even more.

4This a house is perfectly situated in Camps bay. It’s is a 4-5 minute walk downhill to the beach and beach front, but far enough away to have some peace when in garden. The rooms are large, each of the 4 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs space is spacious and large with a separate area around the pool leading to a side garden with views of the sea and table mountain. Garden is well kept and clean.
The interior of the house is comfortable with comfortable beds and sufficient storage space. As a the home help was just delightful and comfortable.
There was some mould/damp patches on one of the ceilings. When we moved in there was insufficient cutlery and crockery which Dan, who was so polite and helpful, sorted out for us. He also procured Tupperware for us to store food. The tumble drier is not working but the washing machine was working.
Overall a spacious house in a great location, but with a tired interior which could be touched up.

5Fantastic location for the beach, a very short walk as well as to restaurants. The house was perfect, rooms spacious and such comfortable beds. The whole stay was perfect. Dan was very accommodating and helpful.

4Had a lovely stay here. The property manager, Dan, was very helpful and welcoming.
There were a few issues, which is why I’m only giving a rating of 4/5:
The quality of the WIFI could be improved. For example, the establishment advertises a common working area, however the wifi quality was not sufficient to utilise this space.
There were two wifi networks powered by separate devices. Network 1 was underpowered and did not reach into all the bedrooms and lounges. This was the only network protected against load shedding. However in practice network 1 was still not very good. Network 2 had more coverage, but was not protected by load shedding. Furthermore, our technical analysis indicated that network 1 and network 2 were interfering with each other, further reducing the coverage of network 1.
I recommend this place only if you’re don’t need to rely on its wifi for work purposes.
5The house manager is always available and willing to assist any time of day. The house is cleaned daily which is really amazing and convenient for long stays. The views are beautiful and overall the place is well worth the price
5Our group really enjoyed our week long stay here. The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away and there’s lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance too. The house is really spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out.
