5This was our second stay on a property managed by NOX and our second experience was as good as the first.
We had many maintenance issues crop up during our stay, but the Nox team was always responsive and immediately attended to all our issues no matter the time of day or night.
We were a big family traveling with older people and one infant so being able order a high chair on the NOX Store was an awesome add on.
Overall, the trip and the unit were fantastic and the NOX service just made it perfect.
5We had a wonderful stay. Nox is an excellent host. The view from the property we mesmerising and we loved the entire stay. It was comfortable and very safe. The neighbourhood is amazing and the location is near to city center.

5My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being from Botswana, being by the sea and getting to enjoy the views and having the ability to braai was a dream come true. The house was spectacular and matched the photos, the host was responsive and communicated all the way upto our arrival, check in and departure. The house was spotless and looked just like pictures. There is plenty of room and amenities for all of our needs. We can’t wait to come back to this gem
1I had a truly horrifying experience at this apartment. I booked the place expecting a safe and comfortable stay but instead I left with nothing but stress and loss. During my stay the cleaner you guys employed that has keys to the house clearly employed or trusted by the host took my personal belongings which were worth well over more than millions Rands and the Cleaner is no where to be found.
5Lovely location – stunning mountain views and sunsets! The house was comfortable and well equipped. Nox and the housekeeper were very helpful and attended to all our needs and questions.

2The house was smaller than expected. There was garbage in the trash can. There was dust on the floor and the furniture. Alarm didn’t work. One night came back and found the fence open. Got so scared that called security to check if there was someone inside the house.
Would not stay there again.
