3. 4The amenities were really great. Hosts were always helpful and responsive. Perhaps the price was a tad too high for 5 bedrooms only, R24 000 is possibly better value for this great place. Also, because of the unreliable weather , perhaps the outside areas should have more substantial, and easier to operate, shelter from the rain. The outside gas stove was difficult to operate or lacked enough gas. The views were par-excellence, thank you so much.

4. 4We had a pleasant stay overall and communication with the host was good. The booking process was easy, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. The location also worked well for our group visiting Cape Town.
   A few small improvements could enhance the guest experience. Some of the basic supplies and amenities were a bit limited for the number of guests in the house, and we had to request additional items during our stay. Ensuring that these are adequately provided upfront would make the stay more comfortable for larger groups.
   The property worked well for a group, but it would benefit from some maintenance and general upkeep. Considering the price, which was slightly higher than a similar property we stayed in previously, addressing these aspects would add even more value for guests.

14. 4Great location, great view and overall very spacious, however the communial bathrooms didn’t have cold water and hot water is too hot. Also the lights if few of the room where flickering.
    We expected the swimming to be cleaned everyday, but it wasn’t..

15. 4كان السكن جيد جدا و كان يتم تنظيفه يوميا من قبل المضيف كما أن أستجابة المضيف كانت سريعه . يمتاز بإطلاله ممتازه . ووجود كامل المستلزمات في البلكونه من حيث الكراسي المريحه و معدات الشواء . المطبخ كان رائع . المدفئة كانت لا تعمل في بعض الغرف . حجم السرير في الغرف لم يكن بمقاس الكنق حيث كان صغيرا نوعا ما .

    2nd time to Cape Town
    Stunning house, equipped with everything we wanted plus more. Views incredible, furniture comfortable. Loved the hot tub. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the views with a glass of wine.
    Our house keeper was lovely and non intrusive, communication with the home managers seamless and the location was very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes
    Would definitely recommend book again

19. 5We had a wonderful stay for a few days in March. The villa is as pictured – the view is beautiful, and it’s wonderful sitting looking out over campsite bay on a nice evening. The renting staff were very responsive and checkin was easy.
    Worth noting there are quite a few steps inside the property, to be aware for any people with mobility issues.
    But a wonderful property and a magic stay!

20. 5The house sits in a beautiful location overlooking the Camps Bay coastline on one side, table mountain range on the opposite side. Spectacular and unforgettable views! The house sits slightly higher in the mountain so walks up from Camps Bay shopping and restaurant areas can be a bit of a challenge. However, there are plenty of Ubers available around the clock at very affordable prices. The house was clean with a cleaning lady coming in daily. The AC was working in every bedroom which was much needed on hotter days. Definitely recommend staying here while in Cape Town!

22. 5Would highly recommend. We had an amazing stay, the views are breathtaking and it is a beautiful villa especially for a large group. It felt very safe and there was a good level of security. It’s in a really nice area which is easy to get Ubers around the city and to the beach from. Will be coming back!

24. 4We were a group of 2 families with small kids and we had a fantastic stay. The villa is spacious, 5 bedrooms, so suits a large crowd, lovely entertainment area and pool area, beautiful views and games room for adults. The living/tv room was very spacious and comfortable. Do note that one of the bedrooms didnt have blackout blinds/curtains, which was a bit bright in the mornings and another bedroom had no wardrobe space.
    There is a cleaner that comes in daily, which is great and she was super friendly and lovely but at times we felt she was there for too long.
    Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to families, group of friends looking for a lovely villa with great views and plenty of space.

25. 5We loved staying in this gorgeous villa, which our group nicknamed the “Love Island Villa” because it felt like we were in a gorgeous villa from the show Love Island. The views from the outside lounge were breath-taking, and we loved all the group spaces where we could stay. We had 8 of us in total, 3 couples and two single people, and this place was great for our larger group, with a lot of international guests. We were pleasantly surprised there was an included cleaning service, which helped keep our space tidy and organized. Super safe area and garage parking. Our host was awesome checking us in! One small note, one of the bedrooms didn’t have any closets/storage area for clothes, so had to store clothes in the other rooms and in the downstairs lounge. We highly recommend!

26. 4When I first stumbled on this Camps Bay property, managed by Turnkey365, everything seemed too good to be true! But it turned out the aesthetics and ambience were just as it seemed online. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided were of superior quality. We however were disappointed by the fact that the geyser was not working upon our arrival and had to call in the host to have this sorted. Regrettably despite the geyser having been “fixed” we struggled to enjoy hot baths and showers throughout our stay. I’d urge the host to check that ALL things work well ahead of guest arrivals. Apart from that I’d recommend this property. It’s incredible!

31. 5Fantastic home to stay in. The sunset views were beautiful. The house offered plenty of space for our group of 10. We had a very large living room to watch tv, a fun games room to keep the men occupied and a gorgeous patio area to enjoy to sun. Would recommend 10/10.

    Earlier reviews state that the stairs are a lot and considering I don’t have much trouble with that I ignored it, but they are steep, slippery and sharp! Bear that in mind if you have kids or anyone who isnt 100% fit. The floors are also very slippery if you aren’t wearing the right shoes.
    Its a wonderful place to vacation, we had 2 family BBQ’s and it was wonderful. The only thing I caution against is that if you are working and require solid internet, this is NOT the place for you. I ended up making arrangement at a cafe when I needed the line to be solid. We had a few technical issues which took time to resolve. Part of this is because the hosting is done by a company and not by the owners themselves, so it is standard that they can’t resolve certain things without input from the owners, that extra layer just adds time. In our case it was the television and internet going out.
    Camps bay is beautiful! The property is definitely a summer property, we can’t report on using the pool etc because it was winter. The neighborhood was nice though we did receive some very awkward visitors claiming they had rented the property during our stay. We gave them the manager’s number but it took about 4 hours for them to go which felt like a security risk to us and we ended up staying in to be safe that day. There was also construction across the street which was a bit noisy early in the mornings.
    This kitchen is also far smaller than the photos indicate, the property was shot with extremely wide lenses. Between that and the layout of the space I recommend this to a younger crowd who is traveling together as friends. I would caution families and folks who might have injuries already, its a physically demanding space.
    I am sure by summer the construction won’t be an issue. The turnkey hosts were VERY strict about check in/check out times so be aware. They were also very polite and responsive via messaging apps. Overall it was a functional stay and the issues I mentioned are what they are.

45. 5Beautiful property in a fantastic location with amazing views. It lives up to the listing very well and is a wonderful spot from which to explore Cape Town. One consideration that we didn’t fully realize – the house is split across quite a few levels and stairs. If you have babies or guests with a challenge with stairs just be aware of that. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again one day.

51. 5The venue is absolutely stunning with incredible sunset views. The deck is the main attraction of the house. Checkin was effortless and with a friendly host. Photos need to be updated as it is a little more worn than appears on the site.

53. 5hank you for making our stay wonderful. It really exceeded my expectations. Our first few days were spent at a Luxury Apartment right on the V&A lake and I thought nothing else would top that. I was surprised at how much we all ended up liking this place better because it felt more homely and had so much to offer for us as a family.
    The views are exceptional at every angle whilst outside and the pics just don’t it justice. The entertainment area were a huge help for rainy days and teen boys.
    Julian was an exceptional host with lots of patience and understanding.
    My only suggestion would be to get another geyser to accommodate larger crowds as the house is on different levels and can be quiet challenging having to swop around looking for bathrooms with hot water.
    Thank you, we’ll definitely be recommending Bella Riposa to others.
