1. 4This was our 3rd time in this Air BnB. The construction noise from the Penthouse was unbearable. Luckily only 8-12:30 daily. Check-in was awful. Five guests waited for over a half hour. No communication what so ever from Nox. One AC unit was serviced for over an hour on our 1st day. Also the TV had no sound. Everything was eventually sorted. The blessing was Anthea who came daily to help with laundry & keep the unit clean. They need to upgrade a few items. It felt weathered since our previous visits.

2. 5we had a wonderful family vacation at Boulders View with the family. Great location and a comfy home for us to enjoy. Beautiful views as well!

3. 5We loved our stay! Anthea looked after us beautifully!
   Just one comment about the third bedroom with no windows – it didn’t affect our stay, as it was only used for 2 nights, but if we’d had a third couple for the duration, they may have felt that the room was more like a cupboard

4. 2My 6 sleeper apartment had 3 teaspoons
   During my stay I had complained to the helper regarding the curtains in the main bedroom where I was told that it could only be fixed on Saturday (the day I was leaving )
   The water was not getting hot and in the main bathroom the basins were blocked . I had reported these issue upon the 1st day of my stay with nothing being sorted out
   My linen was not changed until Friday – as the helper said she’s waiting for linen to come back from dry cleaning
   On Friday only 2 bedrooms linen was changed , the 3rd bedroom only a fitted sheet was on the bed
   No hand towels were given during my stay even after asking the helper
   And bath towels were just dumped on the entrance table everyday
   Under the beds were absolutely shocking , with all kinds of funny dirt and items from people who stayed previously
   On Friday morning all problems were being attended to as the helper told us the owner of the unit was coming through on Saturday

7. 5Had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well taken care of, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect close to everything we needed.

8. 3It is unacceptable to have drilling in concrete in an Air BnB. Had we known this, we would never have rented this unit. We are expecting a partial refund.

11. 5Great value for money, very spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home.
    We did however experience some issues we felt could have been better dealt with by the property management company eg. pool was dirty and curtain in main bedroom was pulled out and hanging and these were not attended to during our stay.
    Something to take note off, there is parking available for the premises but if you decide to arrive in a big car, the parking can be quite challenging.
    Besides these points of concern, the property otherwise was well worth it and I would highly recommend to stay here if you decide to visit Campsbay.

12. 5I left a few of my valuable items in the apartment and NOX made sure to pack them for me in a very nice way and then contacted me about them and kept my things safe. I’ll forever be grateful. It’s a beautiful wonderful apartment and they have great Service ❤️

14. 5Clean apartment. Everything we needed. Great walkable location. 3rd bedroom has no natural daylight and a small double bed, but suited us for a shorter stay.

16. 5We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Cape Town! The place was impeccably clean and spotless, with a dedicated cleaner ensuring it stayed that way daily—a rare and delightful touch. The villa was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and unwind. The views were simply breathtaking, especially during sunsets, which we enjoyed every evening. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.
    The house was also warm and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. Plus, the convenient parking added to the overall ease of our stay.
    While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, one small area for improvement would be the availability of the swimming pool, as it was being cleaned throughout our visit and unfortunately couldn’t be used. That said, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene, clean, and luxurious retreat in Cape Town!

17. 5Just absolutely stunning, very safe neighbourhood! The house is sparkling clean and everything is in order. The only two downside is unable to get the cell phone reception somehow & the car park entrance is quite tight . Otherwise, everything is perfecto

18. 5Perfect location and the best way to end our trip to SA!! Walking distance to incredible restaurants and beaches. And the apartment was immaculate – it was pure magic watching the sunset every evening from our balcony. The team were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

25. 5This flat is gorgeous. Views are amazing- water, waves and sunsets! Lots of space for our family of 4. Location is amazing- about 7 minute beautiful walk along the coast into Camps Bay to the delicious restaurants! We loved Beta Beach. We would 100% book this place again next time we’re there.

26. 5Five star experience! Gorgeous views. Slept like a baby – very comfortable beds. The views were stunning. The apartment is located right on the water. There is a road below, but we never had any noise from the traffic. The plunge pool was amazing, though better enjoyed in warmer weather. We never lost any electricity, despite load sharing in the area, as the apartment was fully backed up. Huge rooms, and bathrooms, very luxurious. The hosts even left us some basic spices, and milk in the fridge to go with the coffee and tea provided. After long days sightseeing we felt so good to be able to cook some pasta at the apartment, and lounge around on the couch watching TV (Netflix was provided). Host communication was excellent. We were well advised ahead of our stay that there was some construction above, but the host proactively found out the schedule, and it turned out that it was all done before our arrival. Affordable, luxurious, quiet place but still in the heart of Camps Bay.

27. 3The Airbnb is beautiful and is in a great location. However, we experienced quite a few challenges.
    First, was with the property manager. Although nice, many times it was hard to get a hold of her.
    Second, was with the WiFi. It was hard to get a consistent connection.
    Third, the housekeeper came into the house announced at 9:00 AM. After, we told that property manager we would prefer for them to come around 11:00AM/12:00PM after we left the house. They also said housekeeping would come everyday and they did not.
    Fourth, there was very loud construction that woke us up on Friday morning at 8:30 AM and went on for 3 hours straight. The construction was extremely loud, and was a disturbance quite frankly. I sent a video of the noise to the property manager and asked her why didn’t anyone let us know that construction was going on.
    Fifth, we found two centipedes in the bed. After, finding the second one, we did not feel comfortable sleeping in that room.

    Was mir besonders gefiel: Im Objekt wurde gebaut. Dieses konnte perspektivisch Lärm und Dreck verursachen. Das wurde mir angekündigt und es wurde mir im Vorfeld eine Alternative angeboten, die ich aber nicht brauchte, weil ich ohnehin nur geschäftlich dort verweilte. Mir geht geht es dabei um die saubere Kommunikation, die zweifelsfrei war. Dafür meinen Dank.

30. 5This apartment is in a fantastic location and is so quiet too as it’s so well insulated. The hosts at NOX were so responsive and helpful. I would stay here again. The daily maid service was fantastic too.

31. 5The apartment is stunning with a mesmerising view as shown in the pictures. The host is extremely responsive. The cleaning is done on a daily basis so you don’t have to worry about it. The great thing is it is backed up by power so there is no hassle of load shedding. The apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary

32. 4The apartment views were breathtaking! spacious and beautiful however there were a few things that were missing and broken such as the DSTV, champagne glasses and speakers. The cleaner always came late (understand cape town is bad for traffic but it made it a bit challenging to plan around this) The speakers were never fixed which was disappointing. I think for what we paid the service and amenities were over priced. However, safe neighborhood and beautiful apartment made up for it and super short walk to resturants on camp bay strip

36. 5We had a great stay at the place! The view is breathtaking, great, spacious rooms, perfect location a short walk away from the beach and promenade where all the restaurants are.
    The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. Furniture, appliances, crockery are all quality brands, no expense has been spared at this place! The hosts are very responsive and the housekeeper was great! We will definitely stay here again!
    It was my birthday and the hosts left a little something for me which made my day!

41. 5The check-in process was extremely easy and Innocent was very responsive. The property was beautiful and located in a gorgeous Camps Bay. The beds were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy our first visit to Cape Town.

46. 5We were four senior citizens staying at this property for 5 nights during our recent trip from Cape Town. This property is well managed and Nox provided exceptional management by communicating on time always, being available to answer questions and assist, as well as going out of their way to find us a driver one day to take us around. The unit itself is gorgeous and we will definitely be staying here again . Very happy customer overall. Keep up the professional service Nox team!
