1. 4Schönes Apartment mit super Lage und schnellen und professionellen Kundenservice. Die Ausstattung ist, wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist das Apartment selber in die Jahre gekommen. So sind zum Beispiel die Badezimmerschränke und Böden abgenutzt. Leider wurde für eine vierstündige Verlängerung des Check Out noch einmal der halbe Tagespreis verlangt. Das fanden wir etwas unangemessen.

3. 5Had a really great stay at Grace in Bakoven. The location is absolutely beautiful quiet and just a short walk from the beach with stunning views all around. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

5. 4In the airbnb ammenities section it’s said they have AC but when we came there are 2 bedrooms that didn’t have AC’s and turned out they indeed didn’t list “AC” in the facilities of bedroom 1 & 2 in the lengthy property description, making it our fault for not reading the paragraph meticulously and only relying on ammenities information. However the host managed to provide us 1 mobile AC and 1 fan, altho still inconvenient due to the limited space inside the bedroom.

6. 5Stunning Villa, and perfectly located. Easily accessible to camps bay town area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All requests were handled instantly and the space was spotless. The housekeepers were so friendly. The area feels very safe and views are break-taking! Sunsets on the balcony were amazing! I would pick this place (again) over any hotel in the city hands down!

   Dafür hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht und einen sehr chilligen Aufenthalt

12. 3I was very disappointed with my stay at this property.
    Upon arrival, the garbage bin was full and had not been emptied, which is unacceptable for a guest check-in.
    The gate to the garage was not functioning, leaving us unable to park securely and forcing us to leave our car on the road. We were told it would be fixed, but it never was.
    The front gate worked inconsistently—some days it opened, other days it had to be opened manually from the inside.
    The sliding door to the patio was difficult to operate, and the laundry bin in the main bedroom was broken.
    Additionally, the pool was dirty and was not cleaned at any point during our stay, which made it unusable.
    These issues clearly indicate poor maintenance and neglect of the property. They significantly impacted our stay, and this experience did not meet the standards I expect from an Airbnb listing

13. 3This was probably our most underwhelming stay in Cape Town. For the most part, the apartment itself was great and everything it was meant to be. It was the service issues that made the difference. Firstly, the check-in process was quite convoluted, with a third-party ID verification portal required and an insurance/security deposit payment. This made the listing unideal if you’re looking to just book quickly and keep it moving. During the stay, there were lots of flying insects, which was quite unusual given that we didn’t leave any windows open. The cleaner came into the apartment to do laundry, which was disruptive. Water supply got cut off too on the first day, and while it may have been a building-wide issue, the communication was not clear or forthcoming. Also, it felt like the checkout process was unduly vindictive, and we forgot an item in the apartment, and despite several calls and telling them the location, it wasn’t recovered. TLDR: good place, unpleasant experiences.

15. 5After a year, I returned to this beautiful house for my next vacation because it was fantastic the first time I visited. Perfect conditions, great location in Camps Bay, very clean, nice housekeeping.

19. 5We had such a wonderful stay here! ? The location was perfect, and the staff were so welcoming. They helped us with our luggage on arrival, made the check-in process smooth and easy, and even shared great recommendations for nearby places.
    The apartment itself was spacious, bright, clean, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views. Having a private garage for our rental car was a huge plus. My mother-in-law has difficulty with stairs, so this setup was ideal – the only stairs were down to the garage, and the apartment itself was on one level, which made it very accessible.
    The daily cleaning service was excellent, and overall the experience was just lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town.

24. 5I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for a few days, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. What set this place apart was the daily cleaning service – a rare gem in the industry! The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed that they took the initiative to clean the place every day, which is not something you often find. The house/apartment was beautifully maintained, and I felt right at home. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable. Five stars isn’t enough – I’d give it ten stars if I could!

27. 4Camp’s bay is definitely the place to stay in Cape Town with beautiful views and surrounding. The house benefits from great views and 3 master bedrooms. Swimming pool was smaller than expected but everything good

28. 4De pantry van het huis rook heel sterk naar ammoniak, de geur verspreidde zich door het huis (vooral in de keuken). Verder was het huis heel netjes en schoon.
    Ik ben er helaas een broek vergeten, maar die is vervolgens spoorloos verdwenen. De host reageerde traag op mijn vragen daaromtrent, erg jammer.

31. 5We enjoyed an excellent few days in this great property. It is finished to a very high spec and the views down to the sea and up to the mountains are wonderful. It is a very pleasant walk down to the restaurants of Camps Bay. The hosts were extremely helpful and speedy in their communication. We would happily stay again.

    Leider war es nicht so sauber wie erwartet.
    Es gab dazu einige technische Probleme (Licht, Abflüsse etc.)
    Diese wurden allerdings sehr schnell behoben.
    Besser wäre es allerdings gewesen, wenn diese Punkte vor Übergabe an uns gecheckt und behoben worden wären.
    Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wasser. Dreimal wurde es über mehrere Stunden gesperrt (offensichtlich ein Rohrbruch in der Gegend)
    Auf der schönen Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschutz (Schirm oder Markise). Turnkey hat angekündigt das zu ergänzen. Für uns gab es keine Lösung mehr.

34. 5Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Bildern und der 360 Grad Ausblick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt, die Organisation mit dem Vermieter war professionell und perfekt. Tägliches Housekeeping war sogar enthalten, was wir vorher nicht wussten. Wir kommen wieder!

35. 4Lovely modern house with a wonderful sea view. Really comfortable beds and there was a great scent in the house.
    The only negative thing was that one of the bathrooms only had a bathtub and no shower curtain so we weren’t able to shower there.

43. 5We had a really great experience with Turnkey. The first place in Camps Bay was not as well stocked in terms of cutlery, crockery etc. in relation to what one is paying for. The housekeeper, Noxi at Horak Street, was simply amazing; always helpful, always friendly. The second place in Bakoven was absolutely wonderful and good value for money in comparison.

    Great location and really nice to take a walk/run in the morning to go down to Camps Bay for a coffee. All restaurants in Kloof Street also reachable within 10-15 minutes by Uber.
