Both bedrooms have air con and open via sliding doors onto the terrace, boasting uninterrupted ocean views, and each has a modern en-suite bathroom with bath tub and stand in shower. The lounge and dining room have air-con and enjoy a TV with satellite channels, wood-burning fireplace and 4 seater dining table. Both areas open out onto the terrace overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently located to service the dining room and bedrooms.

The terrace has outdoor furniture, a barbeque as well as sun loungers. It is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets of Camps Bay. Solar PV provides most of the electricity, heat pumps minimize energy usage, and solar panels keep the pool warm.
