Cape Nights Villa is an elegantly designed, 5 bedroom villa, offering overwhelming views of the ocean from every level and every bedroom. Beautifully refurbished, this property is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the Camps Bay main strip. The interiors have been elegantly furnished, and the Villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Cape Town.
There are three levels, each of which has its own terrace from which you can relax and watch the sunset, close enough that you can hear the ocean.
On the entrance level of the property, you will find two of the bedrooms. One being the Master Suite with walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and bath overlooking the ocean.
The second bedroom being the smallest of the rooms in the house offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the top terrace.
On the middle level, one floor down is the spacious living area with an open plan dining room and kitchen. This leads out to a terrace with a sparkling pool. The kitchen has been fitted with all the modern conveniences, making use of mainly SMEG appliances, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher etc.
Finally, on the lower level, you will find an additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom is a double, en suite with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom also being a double, en suite with bath and walk in shower. These two bedrooms also have access to a separate terrace with outdoor seating.

5Beautiful house that accommodated 8 of us incredibly comfortably. There’s some fantastic restaurants and a lovely beach within walking distance. The kitchen is super well set up if you like to cook too.

5I can’t say enough good things about this place! Stunning views, comfortable beds, amazing accommodations. They are quick to respond, and our favorite part was the house cleaner from 9-4 Monday- Friday. I’ve never been in a cleaner, more homey place. Would absolutely love to stay there again.

5We were a party of 7 and spent 4 days here . Every morning we used to get up and say wow to the views . The villa was perfect in every way – beautiful position , well equipped , loads of space . Easy to walk to great restaurants although uphill on the way home . Always felt secure. This villa will stay in our memories and I would come back again and again

The house has well decorated combining great artworks with minimalism. it was well maintained and very clean.
The 5 minutes walk down to the Camps Bay Promenade and Beach was ideal for lazy mornings.
Only downside was Cape Town weather doing its thing and so we couldn’t use the plunge pool.
Overall, we had an amazing few days in the city.

5We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Our host Michaela was very helpful and responsive. She quickly assisted us with airport transfers for our group, as well as a private chef for the duration of our stay and a cot for our little one. There was lots to do and most restaurants were a five minute walk from the residence which was very convenient. We had some beautiful sunset views from the property? which is located in a very peaceful and private neighborhood.

4The house is as beautiful as shown, the views are as spectacular. The location is brilliant. Generally speaking it is beautifully appointed, with top quality fixtures and fittings.
We had a serious plumbing maintenance issue, the seriousness of which was not immediately appreciated. The later response was better, but the problem did seriously affect our stay (we lost the use of a room).
The 5th bedroom is MUCH less luxurious than the others – this isn’t really clear on the website (concrete floor, no aircon, no internal access once you lock up the house, very much an outside room).

5Exactly what you see in the pics. Just that one of the five rooms is off the door of the scullery and therefore technically an outside room. Other than that, great space and great property manager who is there and happy to assist. Location perfect and beautiful views of the ocean.
