Casa Grace Villa has six large bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests; a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious private Cinema room. There is a wine cellar, Summer and Winter lounges leading up to the very top entertainment area with sprawling views over the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a Sauna, 2 Jacuzzis and a heated swimming pool providing all of the amenities expected of a home with a deep sense of character and sophistication.

Basement Floor

The entrance to the luxury Villa leads into a fully automated 4 car Garage and an open display wine cellar, The lighting here and music sets a dramatic tone providing access to the main house via a short flight of stairs or the Platform Lift.

Ground Floor

The short staircase from Basement Floor to Ground Floor opens up onto a large Patio with 4 Pool Loungers; boasting a crystal clear swimming pool, 14 seater alfresco glass dining table, direct access to the Sauna and an elevated Jacuzzi with views.

Entering the home, one is flanked by 2 magnificent Summer and Winter Lounges. The spacious and tastefully decorated Winter Lounge boasts a TV, Gas fire centrepiece clad in glass and offers views over the swimming pool of the Atlantic Ocean. The Summer Lounge caters toward a top of the range entertainment system complete with a curved 65 inch TV and leather lounge suites. Speakers are located throughout the property (more than 20 ceiling speakers)yielding a pleasant experience by taking the music with you regardless of your positioning.

Alongside the Summer Lounge, you are greeted by an 8 seater fully equipped Bar with a TV, complete with Smeg espresso machine, fridge, freezer, lce machine and induction hob. The Bar is further equipped with an oven and sink being able to cater as a kitchen should it be a requirement.

Ceiling speakers, underfloor heating, Daikin aircon, automated curtains and folding glass doors complete the nest egg portion of this stunning suite.

The Presidential Suite opens up to a Private Lounge with automated curtains and 260-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mountain range. This room has a 55-inch curved TV, ceiling speakers and Daikin Aircon.

The spacious walk in Dressing Room, with ceiling speakers, offers ample cupboard and shelving space adjacent to around Marble Table with 2 wing chairs.
