5We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, well-maintained and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hospitality was excellent, and the host made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
4The apartment is well located, within walking distance of the beach, which is a big plus. However, we were disappointed by the absence of laundry detergent. When travelers stay in an Airbnb for a short period and specifically choose a place with a washing machine, it’s usually not to buy an entire pack of detergent. Considering the relatively high price of the apartment, this felt a bit unreasonable.
4Great location – we really enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean, restaurants and coffee shops or also just chill at the outside area at the property. Communication was also great and Nox always responded very quickly! As mentioned in the listing the Airbnb has a shared entryway, and the shared parking spot sits right next to the two bedrooms so be aware that there may be noise/lights in the night if the other guests come home later. Overall, we enjoyed our stay still!

The location is unbeatable, situated just moments away from the beautiful beach and a fantastic variety of local restaurants, which made exploring the area effortless. 4The place was exactly as advertised and overall very nice. The only drawback is noise from the unit above… you can hear footsteps quite clearly, and it often sounds like stomping.
That said, if you happen to stay when the upstairs unit is unoccupied, this place is easily a 10/10. Aside from the ceiling noise, everything else was great, and I would still recommend it.
2Leider waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr unzufrieden und haben uns entschieden, direkt wieder abzureisen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt.
Der Check-in war äußerst chaotisch: Obwohl wir zur vereinbarten Zeit um 14:30 Uhr vor Ort waren, öffnete uns niemand und wir mussten rund 30 Minuten in der Hitze warten, da die Reinigung noch nicht abgeschlossen war.
Zudem befand sich die Unterkunft in einem schlechten Zustand (Schimmel im Bad, beschädigte Couch, lockere Bretter am Pool sowie schmutzige Bettwäsche).
Über das Alarmsystem wurden wir nicht informiert – plötzlich ging der Alarm los, ohne dass wir einen Code oder eine Erklärung erhielten. Zusätzlich gibt es direkt neben dem Apartment eine sehr laute Baustelle, über die wir vorab nicht informiert wurden. Irritierend waren außerdem die vier Kameras im Poolbereich. Des weiteren ließ sich die Schiebetür in einem der Schlafzimmer nicht schließen.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist die super Lage in Camps Bay.
5Overall a really good stay in a clean and comfortable home in a fab area . Place is even better than the pictures show, very spacious with super big comfy beds and a lovely outside area with views of Lions head.
Slight hiccup in that there was a rather noisy building site next door but Nox were very quick to respond and resolve.
5They even had daily cleaning service – like in a hotel. Just perfect. Only minutes away from restaurants/bars and beach.
5the unit is beautiful and comfortable. the only draw-back is that above the ceiling is a wooden floor and the unit is not soundproof.

4The place is comfortable and it is well equipped, basically felt like home to home. Super location, a walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner lives upstairs, we were not aware. He was very kind to us and also discreet and we were hardly aware he was there. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the power that trips at night and you can’t access the mains.

The owners live above and gave us our privacy but were very friendly and welcoming including showing our son their new puppies! The flat is beautiful, has everything we needed including a great braai area for the evenings. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again ourselves.

5We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 year old. It’s a fantastic location with a short walk to all local bars, restaurants and the beach.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. The beds were really comfy! The pictures don’t do it justice!
Unlike some airbnbs this place literally had everything we needed for the kitchen basics like oil, salt and a pepper and some cleaning products. Same for the bathroom which was a lovely surprise!
The owners were kind enough to let us have a parking spot and although they live above they are so respectful of you!
We were not at all affected by load shedding here!
The fans were also helpful on a warm evening.
Would absolutely love to return again.

5Thank you for such a beautiful stay! The apartment is in pristine condition and is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. The outside bbq and pool area is perfect for relaxing and the owners are lovely and were very respectful of our privacy. They even let us use one of their parking spaces for our car. The apartment is in a prime spot, less than 5mins walk to the beach, tidal pool and cafes of Camps Bay, and 10mins Uber to cool shopping and restaurants on Kloof street. The Nox team were so helpful, friendly and always responsive to our questions, and made the whole check in and out process seamless.
We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back!
