2. 4Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, grosszügig und in bester Lage!
   Leider ist die Matratze im grossen Zimmer unten sehr durchgelegen und es hat sich mittig eine Delle gebildet. AuSerdem waren die Böden nicht besonders sauber (viele Haare). Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet und lädt nicht zum kochen ein.
   Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein separates Badezimmer, was ein absoluter Luxus war 🙂

6. 5Great rental! Camps bay is a great location in Cape Town. The place itself is perfect for 1-3 couples, with each bedroom having its private bathroom!

7. 4Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Unterkunft ist gut geschnitten und gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade laufen und die Einfahrt bietet Platz für zwei kleine Autos. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Die Unterkunft war sauber.
   Leider zeigen sich hier und da Abnutzungen an der Unterkunft und man sieht, dass sie bereits viel besucht wurde (z.B. fleckige Gardinen, Möbel hier und da abgenutzt).
   Die Kommunikation mit Nox ist leicht und im Fall von Problemen hilfreich. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass wir trotz vorheriger Kommunikation nicht pünktlich einchecken konnten. Auf die versprochene Entschädigung ist man trotz Rückfragen nicht mehr eingegangen.
   Es befindet sich momentan eine laute Baustelle in der Nähe (auch am Wochenende), aber dafür kann Nox natürlich nichts.

Although we initially booked the “Unique Camps Bay Apartment,” unforeseen circumstances meant that we ended up staying in a different property, Shakowe Villa, also managed by Nox. This review focuses solely on our experience with Nox as hosts and not on the house itself.
    From the moment we arrived, the team at Nox made us feel welcome. They provided a detailed walk-through of the villa’s security features and amenities, which was very reassuring. Throughout our stay, they were responsive and helpful, including addressing a minor issue with the alarm system promptly and efficiently.
    We were particularly impressed by how smoothly Nox handled the change in accommodation. They ensured we had a seamless transition to the new villa, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip without stress.

14. 3The home was beautiful and we had a comfortable stay. But the communication for check in was frustrating. It seems like we receive automated messages saying they will follow up and then they don’t. I asked Nox to contact my sister for check-in since she was first to arrive and I would still be in my flight. But no one reached out to her and I kept getting messages to me about check in. She asked to check in a little earlier than the previously scheduled time, and they said it was ok, but then the host didn’t show up at that time. We also requested for someone to fix the lock during our stay and they confirmed a time for someone to come the next morning and then no one came at that time. It did get fixed later in the day when we were not home but no one communicated to us.
    Overall a beautiful place to stay, but better communication and follow through with the host would make the experience much better.

17. 4Nice place but the cleaners made things difficult. Our bedsheets was only changed once (on the 6th night) during our 7night stay also the cleaners always come in 10am and refused to come in after 12noon to clean resulting to not cleaning my friends rooms sometimes because they’re still asleep

20. 5Location of the property was perfect, short walk down the hill to Camps Bay. Having house keeping is a nice touch as it’s not something you usually get from an Air bnb, the Nox team we’re there on arrival to check in and very attentive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

27. 5The apartment was great, very clean, safe, well equipped, great view and walking distance to restaurants and I liked the convenience of their online store. I was able to order groceries in the house so they were there when I arrived. We used messaging to communicate, and they always responded. We only had two minor issues – 1. the dishwasher did not have power. The y responded the housekeeper would get back to us, but we never heard back. Housekeepers came during the week which solved the problem, but you needed an extension cord to hook up the dishwasher which was not explained. 2. The place had a battery backup for the load shedding times which was great. provided lights, tv, outlets and WIFI. Did not provide major appliances or A/C which was fine. After the second night the battery did not recharge. messaged NOX and they responded would have someone come out the next day as it was late. nobody came and then we left the following day. Overall great place. Will stay again

28. 5Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement qui nous a semblé être une maison. Tres confortable avec une vue imprenable sur de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Un regal. Nous avons particulierement apprecié l’emplacement. La place de campsbay est accessible à pied ainsi que les commerces. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine un peu juste en équipements mais chaque demande faite à nox (torchons, tasses) a été très vite traitée. Merci aussi pour l’arrivée tardive à 1h du matin suite retard de notre vol !

29. 3The apartment itself was fine but we encountered a few issues during our stay which concerned the front gate due to problems with the lock and the delays in replacing the keys all of which was documented and communicated to Nox.

30. 5What a view! We loved this place, we even extended our stay. Also loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. Nox accommodated every request we had quickly. grateful for our time there, it was truly inspiring.

    Nous avons dû contacter la plate forme air bnb (particulièrement réactive et efficace) qui a résolu le problème très rapidement.
    Cela était stressant du fait de notre arrivée dans la nuit.

33. 5What an incredible place! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was not prepared to walk into such a stunning home, and my jaw was truly on the floor when we first saw the place. The views can’t be beat, and the architecture is striking (very cool that you can see the side of the pool from the downstairs bathroom!). We had a very relaxing stay and wished we could’ve stayed for much longer. The Wifi is strong, the washer and dryer worked great, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces was a nice touch. We walked to and from Camps Bay with no issues. The Nox team also went completely above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable—this is a team you can rely on. Couldn’t be more thankful to them. Hope to be back someday!

35. 4This was a perfect house for our Cape Town stay. The views of the sunset were amazing and the pool was a lot of fun for everyone. We were comfortable and felt safe staying here.

36. 5The Coral Sea house was superb! It was in a great location with lovely views out to the sea. The sunsets were simply bliss. The bedrooms were spacious, and we had a nice surprise seeing the downstairs bathroom had a view into the pool. Cool design! We would definitely stay again.

39. 5First of all I have to say: Thank you, Nox Team! They were extremly helpful and patient with us when we didn‘t yet know whether we‘d be able to make it to Cape Town because of the pandemic.
    The first impression of the house is just amazing. The view is as spectacular as it looks here in the pictures. You fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. The location is perfect. Very good place to get around and you can walk to a lot of great food options.
    Small thing we’d maybe change is the quality of the matrasses. And there seems to be a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen. Other than that: a perfect stay!
