5. 5We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful accommodation. The location is perfect, with a quick walk down to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and generally not crowded. The house is very spacious, easily fitting our 4 families with kids. The kitchen was a dream, comes fully stocked with all the utensils you may ever need. The TV and sound system were top notch, where all of us can lounge around and watch movies at night. The bedrooms were comfy with enough storage spaces to put our clothes away. The toilets were beautifully decorated, well equipped with enough towels, big and airy. The laundry room was just outside, had a bit of figuring out how to work them but once we knew how, it was a breeze. And lastly, Mary was such a warm and friendly host, she was super responsive anytime of the day, and was super easy to discuss things with. Will definitely recommend this amazing place to big groups looking for a home away from home!

8. 5Fantastic accommodation, very luxurious and stylish. Great service people, the apartment was in pristine condition every day. Mary-Louise was always super fast to respond, really nice and caring, flexible around check-in and check-out. She also put a really nice treat of Easter eggs and chocolate into the apartment for us. We really felt very welcome. The apartment is a few minutes away from the action in Camps Bay and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The only downside is the abundance of obnoxious people who race their tuned up cars and motorbikes on the road between the apartment and the ocean, day and night. Annoying. The windows are insulated well, so unless you are super sensitive, you should be fine at night. If you are outside during the day, see it as entertainment.

14. 5This is a special property, right across the road from Glen Beach. Mary-Louise and Sean were extremely helpful and great hosts. We really enjoyed staying here and can highly recommend it to others.

15. 5Great place, ample parking, secure, beautiful ocean views, quick access to the beach, great view of lions head, excellent amenities. It is next to the road, so you do get the noise of the cars, but it didn’t bother us. Closing the sliding windows blocks the noise completely.
    All round amazing accommodation, we will be visiting again!

    The location, the ocean view, the design, and the amenities are all incredible. We were pleasantly surprised that daily cleaning and staff assistance were included! Everything was perfect.
    We couldn’t get the gas braai to work because it had oxidized, but the hosts quickly replaced it with a new one and were always in touch. Highly recommended. There were 5 of us, but the villa can accommodate many more.

21. 5What a gorgeous place! We were 9 people and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen, living room, balconies were all perfect for gathering. Host was proactive on local suggestions. We had a housekeeper daily who helped with laundry and general upkeep. Will return!!!! Thank you!

24. 5We had an incredible 5 night stay in Villa 1 with our party of 8 (2 families). The villa was beautifully appointed and spotless with amazing views and location the best in Cape Town! Camps Bay was the perfect location with access to beaches, restaurants, hikes and for access to various out of town areas. Mary- Louise was an incredible host with easy check in and quick responses throughout, daily housekeeping was a very welcome bonus too! We could not fault it!

Perfectly located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops, and right near a beautiful running and walking trail that comes alive in the mornings with people out and about. The sea views are breathtaking, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The apartments themselves are lovely—comfortable, stylish, and well maintained. The host and staff are warm. A wonderful stay all around!

27. 5The accommodation was more than beautiful! Everything is provided, and you can immediately feel comfortable and have everything you need for a great stay. The view from the pool of Lion’s Head and from the living room of the sea is breathtaking.
    Communication with Mary-Louise went very well. She is very friendly, responds promptly, and everything about the flexible check-in was wonderful.
    I can absolutely recommend this great apartment.

    I had the pleasure of staying at Mary Louise’s beautiful home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel completely at ease. The house itself is peaceful, impeccably kept, and full of thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special.
    Mary Louise’s hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a place that feels both relaxing and homely, and this one truly does.
    I’ll definitely be recommending this gem to friends and family, and I hope to return someday. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

31. 5We had a delightful stay at Glen Beach Villas. We were celebrating a friends 50th birthday and the villa could not have been more perfect. Perched just above Glen Beach, the villa balcony had a gorgeous view of the shoreline. The villa was quite spacious with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Our host, Mary-Louise, was incredibly friendly, responsive and made us feel right at home. She had excellent recommendations for local restaurants and transport services. And the housekeeping staff at the villa was wonderful, unobtrusive and even did our laundry. Would definitely come back for another visit!

32. 4We have stayed in these units before. The location is ideal. Host is incredibly responsive and dealt with issues quickly.
    The lower unit is right on the road so it can be a bit noisy, but this was balanced out by the convenience of private direct access to the street out of the front. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants every night, which was wonderful.
    The nightly sunsets are out of this world. Absolutely lovely view to enjoy every evening. Obviously the higher units have an even better view.
    The bottom level toilet area has some moisture issues that need to be addressed, with mold accumulation… However we simply didn’t use this area. There were plenty of other bathrooms upstairs so it didn’t end up being an issue for us.
    Kids enjoyed playing pool, and there were enough bedrooms for each of the children to have their own private space, which all of them appreciated and it spared us from fights.
    Spacious, well located, and private covered parking.

34. 5Our stay with Mary Lou was flawless. Our group was blown away by the thoughtfulness in each room. And the view!!!! It can’t be beat. The only thing that exceeded the wonderful house was Mary Lou’s kindness. She was incredibly responsive & patient. I have no hesitation in bringing other groups to stay.

35. 5We had an amazing stay as a family with 8 kids! The fact that someone was there daily to assist us—including with laundry—was a huge help. The house had everything we needed: a parking lot, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool, and even a pool table, which the kids loved. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Even though it rained while we were in Cape Town, we still had a great time and definitely want to come back to this place!

The villa was in great condition and it was great to have Mary-Louise’s team come in in the mornings to do the beds etc. Mary-Louise was very communicative and was easily reachable over text. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! ?

43. 5Glen Beach Villa is a slice of heaven. The house is spacious, fixtures are tastefully picked and thoughtfully placed, and the entire space including the kitchen and bathrooms are pristine. The location is a breath of fresh air (literally), with the sea being a stone’s throw away, the beach 500m and the heartbeat of the area (Camps Bay bars, restaurants and shops) a km away. The Cherie on the cake was our host Marie Louise, her husband and the entire staff who were super kind, helpful, and responsive. Miss this stay at your own peril!

44. 4Lovely place! Conveniently located and extremely responsive with communication. Having regular cleaners was a bonus as we were a big group. One of the bedrooms doesnt have windows so was a bit claustrophobic but besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Les lits étaient confortables, le logement était propre et spacieux, l’arrivée était facile et le jogging matinal au bord de la mer était tout simplement sublime. Nous avons adoré ! Ce logement était parfait pour un rassemblement familial avec les grandes chambres , les nombreuses salles de bain et la grande salle à manger. C’est sans hésiter un logement à recommander !

69. 5We were a group of ladies looking for a relaxing, safe and beautiful place to stay in Camps Bay area.
    This apartment was perfect. It is located just at the edge of all the restaurants and bars, so we liked the ability to walk to the action but also really liked being able to get away from it.
    The views from the apartment are spectacular and we felt right at home sitting by the pool. The beach is right across the street and we loved spending time walking there and putting our feet in the ocean. Lots of people out walking early in the morning with dogs and children – really nice! We felt perfectly safe.
    The bed linens and towels were excellent. Daily maid service is offered but we did not need it.
    Mary-Louise met us when we arrived and we all thought she was just terrific, friendly and fun. Excellent check in!

73. 5Mary-Louise’s place is very beautiful and well furnished. Very close to the sea and Camps Bay restaurants. It is exactly as described in pictures.

74. 5This locations is probably one of the best in Cape Town in terms of view, location and ease of walking into town and nearby beaches. The villa was beautifully decorated and comfortable and came complete with a daily housekeeper. Even with an unobstructed view of the beach and sunsets, there was privacy from adjacent villas as well as from the street below and next door properties. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking with all appliances in good working order. The only advice I would give is to purchase ice and not make ice from the tap if you are from out of the area and not used to the water in South Africa. Our family and guests were completely blown away with this property and I would recommend this to anyone considering a stay in Camps Bay. The host was very communicative using What’s App and supplied us with a wireless speaker and ice buckets we needed within several hours of requesting these extras.

The staff that helped clean and do our laundry were the best. It did get a little busy during peak holiday season and traffic can get tricky if driving. Great accommodation and our family had a wonderful vacation in Cape Town and Camps Bay.

79. 5The apartments are beautifully furnished and spacious. Ideal for large families and friends. Our group of 25 had three units and we had plenty of space to entertain all of us. The units had washing machines, tumble dryers, coffee machines, dishwashers, full stove and microwave. The smallest detail is covered. Each unit had a private swimming pool. We felt very safe and secure and walked to and from Camps Bay restaurants and shops. Bonus is secure of street parking and full daily cleaning service, always helpful with big families. We will definitely visit again.
