3Pros:
Nox was exceptional. Arriving and departing was easy, comms were prompt and helpful, and the cleaning service was wonderful.
Views and location were spectacular, and the unit was fairly well appointed.
Cons:
Light rainfall revealed numerous leaks in the overhead windows at the front of the house, and a leak in the back bedroom. Water intrusion shorted out some of the electricals, tripping the main breaker until we isolated the fault to the breaker serving the entryway lights. We restored power to the entryway after a couple of days of drying out.
The unit was quite hot in the late summer sun; the A/C was not able to keep pace unless all shades were closed.
WiFi was good in most of the unit but did not reach the back bedroom.
The kitchen was very low on supplies – we had to buy many basics, from paper towel to aluminum foil and plastic wrap.
We were awake well past the 10pm curfew one night, with pounding club music in the unit below. Otherwise the unit was quiet and peaceful.
5The first time we stayed there was quite a bit of drilling and ramping noise from the pool renovations downstairs, but this time everything was perfect.
I really appreciate that the property provides basics like salt and cooking oil,it makes such a difference.
A big thank you to the Nox team for their patience and flexibility when we forgot to extend our stay. They responded quickly and were incredibly accommodating.

5Beautiful house that is very central to many key attractions! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Hosts were extremely quick and responsive throughout the entire stay and the housekeeper went above and beyond to keep the space tidy.
