A stylish, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight with designer appliances, a centrally placed four-ring gas hob, and a sleek breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas create a relaxed, open plan living space, with a dining table for eight, comfortable couches and a modern gas fireplace. A state-of-the-art home entertainment system with satellite television, DVD player and surround sound system ensures absolute comfort.
Three bedrooms are elegantly decorated in natural hues, with crisp white linen and concealed cupboards. Opening onto the terrace with stunning sea views, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a deluxe oval bathtub and large rain shower, and air-conditioning for added comfort. The remaining two bedrooms are equally as luxurious with access to the terrace through large sliding doors, twin beds, and lovely views. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and bath.
All rooms open out onto a wide, tiled terrace with magnificent views. A chic outdoor lounge, gas barbeque and dining table for eight people which is ideal for summer evening entertaining, sun loungers are perfect for relaxing and soaking up the views. The apartment is fully secure with an alarm and offers off-street parking in the form of a private parking bay, as well as three visitor’s bays. A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as Table Mountain and the city centre.

1Horrendous experience – no working security alarm, and the front door to the apartment complex was wedged open by other tenants during the night. Poor communication from the hosts.

4Overall the stay was good. Location and views were great.
Nox overall responsiveness with dedicated sms accessible customer service was easy to work with. They also helped store a few bags of mine in between stays.
Giving it 4 stars only because there where ants in the kitchen which took a few cleanings to get rid off and not completely, as well as one the Aircon units in the main TV/hang out room ended up leaking from the walls… so we couldn’t use it during our stay as the room got so hot it was unbearable (and if you cooked in the kitchen which was open to that room it made it worse).
Nox did respond and try to bring portable units but unfortunately that did not work… disappointed that a portion of the unit was not to be enjoyed. I reached out to Nox further but no solution or acknowledgment further.
5Great property with everything and more that you would need . Absolutely love the house . I will definitely book it again soon . The host is super responsive and the daily cleaner was a cherry on top!!

4Absolutely stunning views and sunset however a few minor issues:
– Cleaner did not arrive on agreed day so apartment was not cleaned for the entire stay
– Requested fresh towels due to cleaner not coming and only received it the following day after 11am even though promised to receive same evening
– Hot water is not enough for more than 2-3 people especially during winter
– Driveway pavement is very high which meant our rental car got scraped a few times until we figured how to enter in the right angle
The apartment needs a bit of TLC overall however the sunset view was absolutely amazing

Durch unseren frühen Check-in (das war super – danke!) in der Eile ging der Zugangscode für das Haus leider vergessen und so mussten wir in der Nacht einige Zeit warten bis wir jemanden erreichen konnten. 4The penthouse was extremely pretty, so pretty that the views take your breath away. Literal gem in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The private parking & heating/ac in every room made it super convenient. They let us do the early check-in however they also sent the cleaner at 9:30 am in the checkout day. I didn’t love the fact that we had to communicate with multiple nox hosts, the listing mentions washer which was a requirement for us however the washer was broken, the sink leaked during our stay as well. they sent the maid service every other day and they were nice enough to take our laundry and bring them back before we left. The views & the terraces are so breathtaking that none of the inconvenience matters. Would definitely stay again

5Had an amazing time with my mom and daughter, it was an amazing place for them to experience their first cpt stay, Nox very responsive and helpful – we managed to check in early… absolutely amazing hosts…
5NOX was a great place to stay. The view was stunning and the host was responsive. The Power shedding affected our stay the two days since the generator is solar and it was cloudy, however it improved later as more sunny weather settled in. I would definitely stay in this place next time i visit Cape Town again.
2We really wanted to love this home; the views are incredible and worth five stars. I feel this property used to be 5-star but, unfortunately, has become a bit run-down and needs a refresh.
A couple of key areas of improvement:
+ Bathrooms all smelled a little like sewage, and the water pressure was non-existent
+ The master bedroom’s bed reading lights were broken and just hanging there in disrepair
+ The pool cleaning device was left in the pool for the duration of our stay and did not appear to be on or functioning (it was too cold to get into)
+ The power blackout shade in the living room broke in the down position during our stay and could not be fixed (we had to manually pin it up) so we could still enjoy the view.
+ The load-shedding generator did not work on the final night leaving us in darkness and disabling the building’s security system. (this might not be the unit’s fault)
4We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location – Oliver was very responsive and prompt with communication, and the view and amenities were exactly as described. It made all the difference for our time in Cape Town, and we would happily stay here again. Still, we would have appreciated more communication and instructions regarding how to operate the house’s sound, heating, and kitchen appliances. We also would have liked a heads up before several people showed up at the front door and began moving large furniture onto the deck. Housekeeping also showed up unannounced at one point and let themselves in through the locked front door.

5We’re regulars to Cape Town and we loved staying here. It’s a quick walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and if you’re a runner it’s a great location for a scenic jog.
We stayed with two kids and a baby and it’s very accessible for the kiddos.
The view was sensational and since we stayed over a cold weekend we managed to stay very warm while overlooking the windy sea.

5This home was perfect! The house is stunning, well appointed with amenities to immediately feel like you can settle right in. The views are so beautiful from the patio and the private pool was perfect. It is within easy walking distance to the village of Camps Bay – groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops and wonderful restaurants – and beautiful beaches.
This is literally one of the best Air BnB’s I’ve stayed in over 9 years of travel.
