5This place is outstanding and far better than expected. Modern, clean, very well-appointed, and David is an extremely kind and attentive host. The ocean view is beyond amazing, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. In addition, my friends and I all agreed the price was unbeatable. (Really, they could easily charge more.) Staying here is luxury. You will be gad you chose it, and I can guarantee you wont want to leave.
5Khalanga Penthouse is a phenomenal new addition to Nox Rentals’ portfolio. The impressive photos honestly don’t do it justice. This was our 6th time in Cape Town and the Penthouse was the best accommodation we’ve stayed at including 5-star properties like the Silo and the Belmond Mount Nelson. Outstanding ocean liner views, refreshing infinity pool, perfectly framed views of Lion’s Head, the 12 Apostles mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean laid out before you. Sunsets were unreal. Clean, modern design, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Some minor issues did arise, but they were dealt with efficiently, professionally and warmly by the Nox Rentals team. Special mention must be made to David M, the property manager, who oversaw our stay with perfect attentiveness and care. He is an invaluable asset to the top-notch Nox Rentals Team.
We come to Cape Town annually, and will always seek out Nox Rentals as our first choice for our stays!

Whether it’s the perfectly arranged decor, the soft lighting, or the friendly staff, everything comes together to create a welcoming vibe. The place feels like a hidden gem, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. A true testament to how a well-maintained space can make you feel at ease and inspired. Definitely a must-see if you enjoy neat, well-thought-out places.
3Tolle Lage, aber…
Leider gibt es einige Mängel in der Unterkunft. Die Esstischstühle fallen auseinander, verdreckte Kopfkissen, Flecken auf Sofa, usw.
Der Hausmanager David, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat stets schnell reagiert.
Leider kann man das von Nox nicht behaupten. Die Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer hatte eine Fehlermeldung und war defekt. Uns wurde abends nach Meldung des Problems zugesichert, dass sich am nächsten Morgen direkt drum gekümmert wird und diese repariert wird. Leider ist zwei Tage nichts passiert und es gab auch keinerlei Rückmeldungen mehr von Nox hierzu.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft so nicht wieder buchen!

5We had a wonderful stay at this spacious penthouse. Great new equipment and interior. Spectacular views. Quick and easy communications. We loved the location as it’s remote and private yet Camps Bay Beach & restaurants can easily be reached.
