• Pool Heater: The pool heater needs to be switched on 3 days prior to arrival to reach 28 degrees Celsius. This temperature cannot be guaranteed in winter or on very cold nights.
• Housekeeping: Standard housekeeping is included Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 9am to 12pm. Additional housekeeping outside these hours is available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Failure to comply will result in a charge of R2500 ZAR to remove smoke odour from the property. Smoking may take place in the garden and outside areas of the property. Please ask the house staff for an ashtray. Any smoke damage detected inside the property will result in additional cleaning charges, which may be deducted from the breakage deposit to cover ozone treatment or specialist cleaning.

5Celebrated my 50th birthday in Cape Town and the house was a hit with all my friends that came from the US with me. Amazing sunsets in the evening and beautiful views of the mountains around us. The staff were extremely tentative and helpful.

5La Maison Hermes is a beautiful Villa that offers the best experience as promised. The rooms are themed and cozy. The kitchen and hangout area are spacious and super comfy. And the killer views makes the backyard the best hang out place on beautiful sunny days. Not to forget to mention there is even a super cool cinema room. I would definitely come back to this Villa and strongly recommend it to groups of 8+ people who like to cook, enjoy time together or even privately. This villa offers everything you could wish for on a trip to beautiful Cape Town.
Also a shoutout to Heskey and Georgina, the innkeepers of the villa, for making sure the house stays squeaky clean and all our special demands are met.
Also big thanks to Lavinia who made sure our experience was maximized by recommending chefs, massage therapists and checking in on daily basis to make sure all our expectations were met.
