2. 5Really decent House in a calm area in Camps Bay 15 minutes away from Capetown.
   We were a group of 4 but the house can easy host 12 people. Fantastic views of the mountains and the oceans included.
   Really good services are aviable aswell, just ask Alexis to arrange a wide range of different food request, spa packages etc.
   Really nice art in the house aswell.

3. 3Spectacular property and views, but hostess needs to step up her game. The property lived up to the hype. Only quibbles include no shallow end of the pool for the kids, some of the soap bottles were empty and better instructions for switches and shower controls would have been helpful.
   Hostess was extremely warm, friendly and accessible when trying to generate revenue. Unfortunately when it came to filling promises and being accessible to address our concerns, it was a very different story.
   Prior to our confirming our booking, she committed to a late checkout (noon) and storing our bags for us until we needed to head to the airport at 5:00. The afternoon prior to our checkout, she sent us a text message telling us we had to be out by 10:30 and our bags had to be out by 1:00. She then proceeded to ghost us for 13 hours not responding to numerous texts and phone calls. I had to be rather forceful before she finally agreed to store our bags as promised and deliver them to airport.

4. 4We spent ten days at Lobster Villa with eleven adult family members. Unfortunately, the beginning of our stay did not fully meet expectations: the coffee machine was missing, the pool was dirty upon arrival, the oven and the sun umbrella were broken.
   However, Nox handled all issues promptly and professionally, even providing us with a larger dining table for our group. A special thank you goes to Naomi, who kept the house spotless and was always friendly and helpful, and to Alexis, who was constantly available and resolved everything efficiently.
   The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and offers breathtaking views. Despite the first problems, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book with Nox again — a professional host with great service and a truly stunning property.

5. 4Spectacular views of the ocean and mountains, private and quiet location. bedrooms were very comfortable, with top quality bedding. Staff were well trained and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but under specific circumstances.
   The surroundings are extremely windy, making it uncomfortable to spend more than a few minutes outdoors. Pool could be heated given that the water is very cold (around 14 Deg) even in springtime. the house is not child safe, with several very unsafe areas for children (especially 0-6 year olds), especially along the stairs. This property is best suited for a luxury trip where you have a need for an attentive concierge, but frankly we found it rather intrusive and it was odd that a lot of basics were offered as “services” that needed to be paid for (e.g. laundry service rather than self service laundry, when there are washers and dryers on the property). Kitchen is tiny and poorly designed for a house that accommodates 12.

9. 5Die Lobster Villa war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es ist super, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat – so können große Gruppen sich zurückziehen. Jeden Tag gab es ein Cleaning Team, was uns bei allen Themen sehr schnell geholfen hat (beispielsweise war zu wenig Besteck da, welches dann aber direkt am nächsten Tag aufgestockt wurde). Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir würden direkt wiederkommen.

11. 5Our stay at Lobster Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. This was, without a doubt, the finest Airbnb experience we have ever had. The villa itself was stunning—luxurious, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Every aspect of the property, from the spacious rooms to the comfortable beds, the beautifully designed showers, and the serene pool and garden, was delightful.
    What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of Florence, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was always just a message away, kind, attentive, and adored by our children. The housekeeping team was equally remarkable—friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with.
    While a few lights in the rooms were not functioning and we encountered a minor issue with the alarm, Florence resolved it promptly, further showcasing her dedication.
    Leaving Lobster Villa was the hardest part of our trip. Recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

13. 5A perfect villa for a group of friends! The house is spacious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with top-notch security. The view of the ocean is stunning, and having daily housekeeping to keep everything tidy was a wonderful touch. The villa features a pool and a barbecue area, making it an excellent choice for relaxing and enjoying time together. Communication with the host was smooth and left only positive impressions. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very convenient after an early flight. Highly recommended!

14. 5Staying at Lobster House was a great experience with my friends and family. For many it was a first visit to Cape Town. Being able to view table mountain every morning is a special privilege. Florence is a phenomenal manager and did all that she could to make my stay great. The staff stays in the house much of the day to clean, which is a bit awkward so if you are an extremely private person take the staffs presence into consideration.
    The house is well maintained, almost too maintained, fresh paint, and landscapers during my stay were minor bumps but again Florence and the owners were as accommodating as possible.
    For the cautious, security is extremely prompt and professional. A couple of my guests accidentally pressed the alarm on the 6 button fob. Florence and the armed security professionally confirmed the accidents and promptly moved forward without a hitch.
    If you’re looking for a large home, love natural light, and are ok with stairs lobster house is an amazing stay 🙂

15. 5Unsere Unterkunft war sehr luxuriös und super für unsere große Gruppe von 10 Leuten. Täglich wurde für uns aufgeräumt, die Bar aufgefüllt und die Betten gemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage für Kapstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

22. 5amazing villa, we are a group of 8 and we definitely enjoyed ourselves there. the house has everything you will need for a holiday and the house keeper also super friendly. definitely recommended!

23. 3Lobster Villa was double booked so we were asked to move. We agreed under the condition that in exchange of a room less we would get two extra beds.
    In addition we ordered groceries at arrival.
    Two days before arrival I have tried to contact our contact person to make sure everything would be prepared.
    We were travelling with four young kids so our late arrival at 2300h had to be followed by a one way direction to bed for them and a relaxing drink for us.
    Both the extra beds and the groceries weren’t there.
    They were delivered the next day. Nox apologised. But with these things, too little, too late…
    That was really bummer.
    The change of places most probably was a change for the better based on location. Regarding the house itself, it is difficult to compare. However Geneva Villa is a bit run down. Several things were defect.

25. 5Beautiful experience. The guys Craig was amazing. Super helpful always available if we needed . The house was always clean , in a beautiful and secure aerea . Vary spacious and a beautiful view ! If we go back to Cape Town we will book the same house for sure !

27. 5The Lobster Villa is the perfect spot for a group getaway! The villa has plenty of spaces to cater for both group hangouts or chilled out peaceful moments. The view from the top deck of the property, overlooking the ocean is to die for! Check-in was super smooth, special thanks to Boipelo for making sure everything was in place for us. There’s a cleaner who regularly looks after the apartment too so it’s always spotless. I do truly hope one day, I get to return to this villa again to enjoy the vibes! Thanks Nox team.

28. 5We had a wonderful time in South Africa and had a wonderful stay at the Lobster House. The view was breathtaking and the perfect spot for us as a group of friends. A bathroom in each double room plus two more sep. ones, a kitchen with everything you need.
    The communication with NOX was perfect and we could get any info whenever needed.
    The housekeeping lady was so lovely and keeps the house fresh and tiny.
    It was a hard goodbye for everyone ?

30. 5The place was great and beautiful, and the view of the beach and the sunset were mesmerising from the balconies. It was very spacious and clean. We were a group of 6 and it had 6 rooms which was perfect for us. I loved that there was housekeeping on a daily basis, and they offer other services which you can order such as in house massage, chef , african cooking etc for an extra charge … which almost makes this as if i’m staying at a hotel. Staying at this villa was worth every penny spent.

    Would say there’s a few minor maintenance snags but overall a really wonderful stay!

32. 4Lovely house with those views! We used it as a family house. Location is perfect. Just missed some things on the house to cook ourselves, there was a lot of rain so a leakage and the gate that didn’t work and response of NOX was not always there but other then that great!

35. 5Wir haben das Haus über Wochen bewohnt und die Vorzüge sehr genossen. Die Lage und die Nachbarn sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war stets freundlich und schnell. Selma als gute Seele des Hauses ist eine wahnsinnige Bereicherung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus absolut weiter.
