3. 4Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Die Instandhaltung könnte etwas besser sein, die Auffahrt ist – wie schon mehrfach beschrieben – eine kleine Herausforderungen, man sollte Spaß am Autofahren haben. ?
   Etwas nervig war, dass die Alarmanlage keine Kontrollampe hat und dass das Dach bei starkem Wind sehr laut ist.
   Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

4. 5Due to technical issues in the villa when we we arrived – Nox team made an extreme effort to find us an alternative. The new villa was equally good and we had a great time.
   Nox really took care.

6. 5Beautifully located! Views are stunning! Home needs a refresh/small renovations to get it back to where it should be in order to be considered a luxury villa. The Nox team were spot on and a pleasure to work with.

    in waS smooth, the staff and host are easily available. If you’re in Cape Town, this is the place to stay.

12. 5This Villa was absolutely spectacular! Stylish, modern, clean, and very spacious and comfortable. The area high up the hill in Camps Bay was beautiful and the views on every direction are world class! We had a car but left it behind most of the time because the Lyft cars would be there in less than 10 minutes to take us down the hill to to the many great close restaurants and bars and coffee shops around the area. I would recommend this Villa highly and will definitely stay again next time in Cape Town.

18. 5Late check-in was accommodated smoothly by Victor! He was good with communication and was there exactly on time. He gave a concise yet thorough tour of the property and alarm system/key fobs. Property is amazing, with great views from every bedroom. I couldn’t see from the listing’s pics if/how many showers there are, but there are 2 walk-in showers in the property. The property has a long, steep driveway with switchbacks.. so Ubers will generally meet/drop you off at the bottom of the driveway on the street (which isn’t a problem at all, but just a heads up). Would definitely stay here again!

20. 5Our stay at the falcon was amazing. We stayed with 6 people and all of us loved it. The view is a dream come true. The location ist very good, it’s quiet, it takes less than 10 minutes by Uber to get into the city.
    We didn’t know there was a maid included – she came a few times and was super nice.
    I’d definitely book this place again and can recommend 100%.
    Also the check in / check out was just perfect, Victor was super nice and explained everything when we arrived and even helped us with the luggage when we left.

23. 5This property lived up to all of my expectations! This was my 6th time in Cape Town and by far the best property I’ve stayed at. The views of table mountain and lions head are so close you feel like you can touch them. My flight came in 2 hours before my scheduled check in time but i was still able to check in once i arrived. The communication between and me the Nox team was excellent from the moment i thought about booking. I fell in love with the contemporary design and the modern art all around the property. When i come back to Cape Town i definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you for the amazing experience.

29. 5Apartment, Views and especially the master bedroom are stunning. However the other two bedrooms are less equipped (e.g. no boxspring beds or TV). Service from our cleaning lady was beyond perfect. She was extremely nice! Regarding the house equipment I hope that nox will take care of more details in the future (e.g. no working lighter for the oven or grill; only one hair dryer for three bedrooms)

31. 5This was the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The views from the house are unparalleled; the most incredible experience ever. All of the rooms have stunning ocean views, and you can see the mountains throughout the house.
    We took walks in the neighbourhood and felt safe, as well as running up the mountain. We felt treated to have a helper clean every day, and we greatly appreciated the host’s responsiveness to our needs.
    There were a few minor issues; the guest bathroom felt a bit dated and some breaking items, e.g. toilet paper holder. Other than that, this house is a true gem and great value for money. We were thoroughly satisfied, and our stay exceeded our expectations!

40. 5No sunset can compare to what you will have here on a daily basis. I’ve never been more blown away by a houses location like that before.
    Having the ocean in front, Lions Head to the right and the 12 Apostles behind you is simply incredible.
    The house itself is lovely and modern with a beautiful open plan which is flooded by natural light. I wouldn’t recommend for families with young kids but I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone else.
    The only problem we had that our time there was to short. We all wished we could live there forever. Can’t wait to come back.

42. 4It’s a nice villa and for the price we paid we where happy. Some minor details need to be improved, please let them explain the alarm system to you when you arrive.

43. 5Traumhaft schöner View. Die Hausdame war super nett und zuvorkommend und das Haus war toll. Insbesondere das Haupt Schlafzimmer.

45. 4The property is nice but slightly more tired than in the pictures (as most are), but I believe they are resolving the bits that are tired. Location, amenities and views were all amazing. The property manager (Jaryd) was very responsive and helpful at all times.
