The balcony boasts a sparkling swimming pool and comfortable patio chairs. On the ground level is a plunge pool and sun loungers.

2The location of the house was great & worked as an ideal spot to explore Cape Town & surrounding areas. The house was a little hard to access, positioned on a busy road making entering and exiting the property tricky. If you have more than 1 car, parking is also challenging as there is only 1 allocated garage. The house was spacious and fit our large group very comfortably. The views of Camps Bay & Table Mountain were spectacular. Unfortunately we had concerns regarding the security of our personal property. We came home on our second day to the garage door open, 2 people in the garage (one known to us as the cleaner) & 2 other men in the house. Upon questioning we were advised that they were fixing the air conditioning. Upon checking valuables, we identified money missing from one of the rooms. This was raised at the time and we subsequently suspended any cleaning services and requested that no one enter without us being present. This was an uncomfortable & unsettling experience.

O espaço é enorme, a sala e os quartos são muito confortáveis. Outro ponto muito positivo é o sistema de baterias, pois funciona perfeitamente e nem percebemos as quedas de energia.
Agora aos pontos negativos:
Ficamos extremamente decepcionados com o Ar-condicionado. No anúncio eles dizem que não está disponível em todos os ambientes, mas na verdade não tem em nenhum quarto! Alugamos no verão e não era possível suportar as temperaturas, a NOX providenciou ventiladores portáteis de baixa qualidade.
Os únicos 2 ar-condicionados da propriedade ficam na sala do terceiro andar. Um não estava funcionando e o outro estava a pingar água encima da TV, portanto efetivamente a casa não tem equipamento!
Problemas de manutenção geral:
-As tomadas dos banheiros não funcionavam
-cortinas elétricas: suíte principal não está funcionando
-porta do banheiro na segunda suíte não fecha
-hidromassagem estava com a água suja
4Overall, good location and accommodation.
4The apartment looked like on the photos. The views are stunning and the furnishing tastful. The apartment is spacious and the rooms are quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. The check-in person did not provide us with the full picture regarding the security system and he only gave us one key. NOX, the host, exchanged the person on the second day. Our second host representative was very professional and helpful. We had a security incident on the compound that was responded to by NOX in a professional way. One big disadvantage of the place however is the street noise, it can be blocked out by closing the windows.

5A big thank you to the Nox team and Innocent for their support! We were staying at another place close by but due to flooding, we had to vacate urgently. The team was incredibly supportive, quick to respond and understanding of check in/check out times. The space itself was perfect. Spacious, each bedroom was an ensuite and a great common space. Daily cleaner is an added perk as well! Would highly recommend this space to big groups or large families!

5This is such a stunning house, in a perfect location, it was very easy to find, clean, breathtaking views.
I was there with my family for a whole week, we absolutely loved it, and it’s close to a lot of places to visit in Cape Town, like Table mountain is a 8min drive. Lots of shops nearby as well.
