One enters the Picasso Villa by walking through a peaceful front courtyard over a Koi pond into the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.
The upper level consists of three of the four bedrooms, two of the bedrooms are sea facing and one bedroom is facing the mountain.
The lower level comprises a further entertainment lounge with sliding doors that flow onto the large sea-facing pool deck, lap pool and landscaped terraced garden below. You will also find the 4th bedroom of this level.

5We loved our stay! Loved the location for beautiful views over Camps Bay and easy access to the whole city either on foot or by Uber. The housekeeping team kept everywhere immaculate and the house is equipped with everything we needed for an easy and enjoyable holiday.
