Experience Prima Views in Camps Bay

Prima Views is situated at the top of Camps Bay and has great views of the sea and mountains no matter which area of the house you are in. Inside, the rooms are light and spacious.

The villa has been fitted with 42 solar panels on the roof and battery back up which powers plugs, lights, most appliances and the internet, so during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), guests will not be inconvenienced.

The living area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with huge glass windows allowing lots of light into the space. This area opens onto the swimming pool and balcony with a barbeque and outdoor dining and lounge seating. The ocean views are endless. The backyard has two grass areas, a barbeque and dining seating. All the dining areas have seating for up to twelve people.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a walk in closet, en-suite bathroom and juliette balcony. The second and third bedrooms are down the corridor, both have access to the backyard and are en-suite. Bedroom four is on the lower level close to the elevator and below the living room. It is also en-suite, has a private balcony with gate access up to the backyard and has it’s own kitchenette and separate entrance. The fifth bedroom is located under the master bedroom, also with it’s own private entrance and en-suite. This room does not have direct access into the house and is perfect for guests wanting additional privacy. The second and fifth bedrooms have access to outdoor showers.
