1. 5Very great stay, host read communicating and responsive in a timely manner.

2. 5We were out of season and thought the property was very good value for money. It’s a very impressive property, sea views, close to restaurants and bars, very modern and well equipped. The property managers were excellent. Good communicators and very responsive. It’s a built up area so to be expected, but just to be aware, the neighbours feel in close proximity, especially on the roof terrace. We gave it 5 starts for everything based on it being as good as, if not better than the photos and description.

7. 5The place is absolutely stunning, clean, and it has all the amenities you might need in the kitchen.
   We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi in the lounge area, but it worked well in other areas of the house.
   The views are just to die for, especially from the main bedroom.
   I must however say that the stairs are too much, so if you have issues with your legs or mobility, this might be a problem.
   But the place was perfect for me and my girls. I would recommend it 1000%

8. 4Nice spot, convenient to have bootleggers close and two private beaches in Walking distance.
   Doors needs replacing / maintenance it makes a great deal of noise when its windy.
   Sheets are old and have been washed to the extent that it’s literally torn.
   Bottom bedrooms are not equipped with aircon’s and that was tough for the occupants of these two rooms.
   Pans and pots are dated and are very difficult to clean.
   Due to its location on a busy road the noise and hooting can become annoying.

15. 5A spacious property with unparalleled views.
    Main bedroom is three flights of stairs up for those who have ailments please note.
    The decking area is truly remarkably and really gives you a private viewing deck of one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
    10min walk to camps bay tidal pool, excellent spot.
    There are also two lounges so groups of couples or big groups could get some space if needed!
    Would recommend to anyone!

16. 5Their service is unmatchable, whenever u need any assistance they are always at ur service. Steward is the best ever as well Portia. Thank u guys for making our stay memorable. The guy who checked us in on Sunday was professional as well.

24. 4There were some initial problems as the property that had been allocated was adjacent to a building site with noise and dust. Fortunately the adjacent property was available. There was a delay as the property had to be cleaned but the hosts from Turnkey were exceptionally helpful. The property is as described and very well appointed and we had a lovely stay.

25. 4Beautiful house in a great location. Patio not so good, it’s not functional. The patio furniture is not looked after, no cushions. No braai facilities.
    Besides that the house is beautiful.

27. 4The Villa was an absolutely gorgeous and spacious space to call our home for a few days while travelling in Cape Town.
    The location was perfect for what we were looking for, away from the CBD but still close enough to catch a quick Uber taxi into town for dinners etc.
    There is a wonderful breakfast place – Bootleggers , which is literally a minute walk from the Villa which was wonderful.
    The Villa itself had everything we needed and is well stocked for a family or group of friends wanting to get away.
    The pool being on the ground floor and in the shade for most fo the day might not be everyones taste but we enjoyed it as it was a relief from the hot sun – when trying to use the deck area unfortunately it is very hot and in the open sun, sadly this was a massive selling point for us to use the deck and enjoy the magnificent views of the mountain, but too be honest most days were too hot to handle – an umbrella and outside cushions for the very brittle old wooden furniture is a MUST – which was not provided, perhaps asking ahead of time so it is more useable space.
    The beds are very comfortable, and good sizes with balconies off each and lovely views form all the windows.
    There is only 1 aircon for the whole Villa which is in the master bedroom
    The swimming pool was lovely and such a great space to chill and relax during the hot days, It would be better if there was more lighting in this are so it can be used at night
    It was a lovely stay and had good response time from the management agency for the Villa.
    The views are spectacular!!!

34. 3The house is not as beautiful as they show it on pictures. It seemed neglected for me. The roof top furniture was also a disappointment. I wish I knew the amount of stairs it has before booking because it was a mission to get around

35. 4House is beautiful. Modern. Location is really good just 6 mins walk to the camps bay beach. Welcome Reception with milk and water at the refrigerator and a snack too. We felt at home and loved the experience.
