Also note the cooker (stove) and BBQ is gas operated, hence you would still be able to enjoy your stay comfortably, regardless of power cuts imposed by Eskom.

5We had a wonderful stay with 11 family members. They all loved the house, the rooms, the view, the spaciousness, the many lounging areas, the pool. The kitchen and all the equipment, dishes etc were great!

5The house was perfect. It was very spacious but cozy at the same time. Matthew and Caroline were very helpful. Andrea was always responsive and very helpful with our birthday dinner decor. We just loved the house and wish we could have stayed longer.

5Sandpiper was an incredible house for my family with four kids and our friends with three kids. Lots of bedrooms and great set up. It had a heated pool which made a great time for the children after days exploring Cape Town.
The view was spectacular from the balcony and pool area and master bedrooms.
Cleaner and caretaker made the vacation so easy having the place clean and tidy all the time. Doing no dishes was a real treat to allow us time to get out and enjoy the tourist attraction in Cape Town versus cleaning up our kitchen each morning.
Highly recommend this home for any larger groups

5Absolutely stunning villa! Stayed here with a group of friends for my 40th birthday and had the best time ever. Very modern and stunning views of the ocean from the pool, lawn and bedrooms. 5 minute walk down to the beach at Camps Bay and all the restaurants and coffee shops etc. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Housekeepers were respectful of our privacy and space. Have recommended to friends visiting Cape Town and would definitely stay again. 100% satisfaction and 5 stars!
5I’ve traveled quite a bit and this was the best experience yet! The home, the LOCATION, the service….truly amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay! Andrea was wonderful and extremely helpful with getting us settled. She even went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner reservations were settled as we were having difficulty making contact from the US. The house staff was wonderful, and we just loved everything about our stay!
The only slight frustration was access to the properties. There was only 2 fobs available and with a large group this required a bit of coordination. To my understanding the previous guests lost one which would have been helpful however I strongly recommend a keypad for access.
But please don’t walk….run to book this beautiful home!

5Our stay at Sandpiper was incredible! The house itself is absolutely stunning, with great views over Camps Bay and Lions Head. A quick 5 min walk down to Camps Bay Beach, where there is plenty of restaurants, otherwise a very short Uber to the V&A Waterfront.
There was 11 of us who stayed and there is ample space, cooking and washing facilities, and housekeepers during the week.
Lavinia is a great host, was super responsive with any questions we had and assisted in booking transfers, tours, etc.
Definitely recommend staying here is you are looking to visit Cape Town!

5I stayed in the loft apartment whilst the rest of the group stayed in the main villa.
Both the main villa and loft apartment were immaculate and in great shape. Pictures do not do them any justice! The housekeepers were great and helped with the stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach or a short drive to town, sea point or V&A. There was an issue with the key fob and gate but Matthew sorted that out quickly. Also a few flickering lights but I was so impressed with the place that I didn’t care or raise it to the staff.
All in all I highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking to stay in Camps Bay!

5Our booking was a last-minute booking due to another host, letting us down. Lavinia was so helpful and had great empathy for our position. She gave us lots of pointers and information, her team on ground at the property that come daily were also extremely helpful polite and courteous. My only thing is they may as well cook breakfast for us. If they’re going to be there, it gives an added benefit.
we fell in love with Property and the grounds were spectacular breathtaking views of camps Bay and as beautiful as the pictures are, it just doesn’t compare to reality. I would stay there again and again and again.

4The home itself is breathtaking. Views and neighborhood are well worth the stay. House is amazing, clean and spacious. The house help are very kind and make sure to keep the home comfortable while there. My only issue was that the host didn’t properly explain or prepare us for load-shedding (which is periodic loss of power) which happens multiple times a day for 2-4 hours. When we arrived, load shedding was occurring. It was just a bit of a shocker to not be properly prepared. There weren’t enough portable lights to go around the house. Which made it difficult for all 12 of us to get ready for dinner and such. Would’ve just loved to have better preparations and notice in place for this. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook this gorgeous home

Lavinia will work with you to make sure you have every need met. She even connected us with local grocery shoppers, masseuses, yoga instructors and chefs to completely customized our luxurious stay. 5Wow! Words cannot justify how immaculate this house is! From the moment you walk through the front door you will be amazed! We came on a girls trip and all of our needs were met! Caroline and Matthew were amazing with helping us with any questions throughout our stay. They kept our home nice and tidy. Lavinia, of course was a pleasure to work with as well. We cannot wait to return to our home away from home. If you visit Cape Town, you MUST book this property. You will not regret it.

5Definitely recommend!! What you see in photos is what you get – beautiful, spacious, comfortable, stylish villa with the magnificent view to the beach. The villa is located in the picturesque Camps Bay area which has a lot of nice cafes and bars. The area is safe and easy to access with the car. Lavinia organized chauffeur service for our group so it was easy to get around. The house is sparkling clean, well equipped and has great amenities – stable wi-fi connection, pool, garden, coffee machine etc. Overall we had a great stay and our group was very satisfied with the house and their rooms, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
