5An exceptional stay in every way. The house was exceptionally clean, safe, and located in a beautiful, upscale and peaceful area. The modern interior, furniture, and beautiful decorative details were thoughtfully selected and perfectly coordinated. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious sitting area, walk-in dressing room, large bathroom, and stunning panoramic ocean views. The house also features an elevator, air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as a comfortable indoor TV room. The small backyard has a BBQ area, and the swimming pool offers a beautiful ocean view. The property management team was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and quick to handle any questions or requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, safety, and a beautiful home with exceptional attention to detail.

1ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE.
I came to this villa expecting a luxury retreat, the photos were stunning, the nightly rate was high, and everything pointed to an upscale, comfortable stay. What we got instead was a freezing, miserable, mismanaged nightmare.
This property was completely unprepared for South Africa’s winter. we were left to shiver in the cold, layering ourselves in blankets like we were camping outside, not staying in a so-called luxury villa. Despite raising the issue during check in, they lied saying heating will work in an hour but till we left it never did.
Asides this, Power outage. We lost power for about 5 hours, which meant no heating (already non existent anyways), no Wi-Fi, no lights, no appliances. We couldn’t then take showers to leave because the water was ice cold. Again, our complaints were met with indifference, it took me calling the host threatening to cancel and once I did, the issue got resolved in 25mins. Don’t fall for their facade, terrible.

The location is peaceful yet close to everything in Camps Bay. Turnkey365’s representative was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, reachable 24/7. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

The property itself is simply stunning and looks even better in person (which can be hard to believe as the pictures look so great)!
The location, views, and the hosts are amazing, cannot say enough positive things about this property. It is incredibly spacious, all rooms have an en-suite and the living areas are fantastic.
You can always call the hosts or message them if you have any queries, they are responsive. The property was cleaned everyday during the weekday (you can request over the weekend too).
It is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends.
5Amazing spacious property, beautiful furniture, and the most important feature is mesmerizing views all throughout the day, even more beautiful in person than the pictures.
Most of the places we visited in cape town were 10-15 mins of drive, never had issues requesting a ride.
We all felt right at home, and always happy to spend the rest of the day in the living room with the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The turnkey reps were always responsive, and the place was squeaky clean with the clean crew service!
Finally would definitely recommend this gorgeous property to a family or group of friends, it makes your experience in cape town even more beautiful as a memory and experience!
