1. 5We stayed for a month, so experienced the villa as a home rather than a holiday rental. Highlights: stunning views of Table Mountain at the back and the sea at the front, fast reliable internet, and two excellent workspaces (upstairs desk and large kitchen table), making it perfect for two people working remotely. Security is excellent with an alarm, electric fence, secure parking and a safe in every bedroom. NOX’s customer service was exceptional, every query was answered within hours and resolved the same or next day. A special thank you to Zuki, who looked after us throughout our stay. She was warm, thoughtful, meticulous, respected our privacy and kept the villa immaculate. Having the same housekeeper for the whole month made it feel like home. Downsides: the outdoor furniture is tired and needs replacing, and there is noticeable road noise during morning and afternoon rush hour. Otherwise, we’d happily stay again. Easy walk to Camps Bay beach, cafés and restaurants.

2. 4We had a great stay at the property. The service we received from Nox was great, they were very responsive to our requests. The housekeeper was lovely and fantastic, the property was cleaned to a high standard daily. The location was brilliant. The house was spacious and well laid out. Each room had its own attached bathroom. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but the cooking utensils could be updated. Our only issue with the house was the lack of heating on the ground floor. Nox had provided a portable heater but it was gas powered and had a somewhat open flame. The warning label on the heater said it should be used in well ventilated spaces, however we needed the doors closed as we had a toddler and it was quite cold at night when we needed the heating so it would defeat the purpose to keep a door to the patio open as there were no windows in this part of the house. This was only an issue for us as we visited at the end of May but it did impact our enjoyment sadly.

7. 5We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is beautifully appointed and suited all of our needs. Lots of great spaces, pool, easy walk to the beach and great restaurants.
   We look forward to enjoying this lovely property when we are next in Cape Town.

15. 5We had a lovely time at this building. Location was great and we extended our stay to relax more. We will definitely be back and I recommend this home to anyone travelling as a family or group

18. 1Firstly, check in was pretty bad. They did not provide any information of who was in charge of checking us in so I had to call the office the day before check in and it was very hard to get through to them. After a couple of attempts trying to contact them and waiting outside for a while someone answered the phone and only then I found out about the person in charge of check in. Inside the house there was a noticeable smell which was strong in the kitchen as you enter. We couldn’t seem to find the cause of the smell but assumed it’s the carpet. They have a very complicated security system and their keys were poorly explained to us. When the cleaning lady came while we weren’t at the house she would “arm” the house and then when we came back and opened the garage the alarm system went off. Whenever the alarm went off trying to reach the guy who checked us in was so difficult as they took their time to respond. Honestly, our stay was terrible and we are not going back.

19. 5Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, das Haus mit dem Ausblick ist ein Traum. Sehr sicher. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht ans Housekeeping, es war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll, mit der Nähe zur Stadt, zum Strand und zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Pool ist perfekt, zwar schmal aber dafür ausreichend lang. Die Straße ist zu hören, vor allem morgens, aber dafür wacht man gerne auf mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer.

20. 5We had an amazing stay visit family in Cape Town. House was just as it was described. Missing that view already. Fantastic spot to walk to the local beaches and to Victoria Road for the cafes and restaurants. Check in team were lovely, as well as cleaning crew. High end accommodation and Perfect in every way and would definitely rebook.

21. 5We had a fun and enjoyable stay with the family at Segdemoor. We extended our initial stay as we found the home to be comfortable and spacious enough for the whole family. The views are immaculate and the home is well taken care of with frequent cleaning services. Miss Patricia was especially lovely and kept the space homely and clean. The team as a whole was great, very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again, given the location and its proximity to Camps Bay beach, the restaurants.

22. 5This is a fabulous house in a wonderful location. It looks exactly as shown in the photos. It is large and spacious with good comfortable beds and high quality linens. The views are absolutely stunning. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Be aware that it is on a busy road, so light sleepers might be woken by traffic in the mornings. But that seemed a small price to pay to stay in this magical home.
    Nox are excellent managers, all communications timely and useful, and the individuals who checked us in and out (and resolved one small problem with electric gates) were pleasant, friendly and professional.

23. 5In one word: a dream.
    We were coming off a crazy work period, and as a family with two young kids, needed a place that was peaceful and had everything we needed that was secure, relaxing and dare I say, inspiring.
    The experience we had at this villa delivered in every one of these areas.
    First, the house gorgeous and super well maintained, had beautiful views (or Beach and Table Mountain), was in a great location (5 mins to beach and restaurants; safe at night), and was well equipped (appliances, internet and TV, to the security system). There were even tread mills but we didn’t get the chance to use them.
    Second, the host Elton was friendly and put us at ease, while Patricia the housekeeper kept the place fresh and was friendly and kind.
    Finally, the location perfect launchpad for adventures throughout the Cape!

24. 5We had a wonderful stay, the house was stunning and the views from the outside pool area beautiful. It was so easy to walk down to Camps bay to restaurants and bars or walk along up to Clifton to admire the views. Will definitely stay here again in future.

26. 5We loved staying here! It was a quick and easy at walk to Camps Bay beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and had between needed. Patricia the cleaner was fantastic. Super easy check in/out with Elton. Would highly recommend.

31. 5This is an amazing house. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has its own large en suite bathroom. Pool deck/patio has stunning views of ocean and Lion’s Head. Living room has doors that open up allowing entire house to feel the ocean breeze and offers a large social space. You can walk to beach or restaurants, or quick Uber drive to most of Cape Town’s sites. Highly recommend staying here.

32. 5Cannot recommend the house highly enough. Beautiful, very well placed and as described. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hosts always available to ask questions and support as required. Can’t wait to go back
