Silvertree Villa is a gorgeous six bedroom luxury retreat, spread across three levels with an additional self-contained, two bedroom cottage.
The main house enjoys a well-manicured, shaded garden, which leads to the large front door. Entering on the ground floor you will find the Master bedroom immediately to your left. This spacious guest room has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. Concertina glass doors open up onto a spacious patio.
To the right of the entrance hall is the first living room, which opens up onto a sheltered, wind-free patio boasting four luxurious day beds. This leads directly to the two bedroom cottage.
A central staircase inside the main house leads up to the second and third level, bedrooms and living areas.
On the second floor are a further three bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms (two en-suite). The spacious main bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed as well as two patios and views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bedroom, which has a double bed and built-in cupboards, has its own dedicated bathroom (shower only) located directly opposite the bedroom. The third bedroom with a king-size bed opens up onto a spacious balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bath only. All four bedrooms have ample cupboard space.
On the top floor is an open plan kitchen, scullery, a dining room and a formal lounge with gas fireplace. A gorgeous dining room table with seating for up to 8, overlooks the plunge pool with breathtaking sea and mountain views. The outdoor deck is furnished with a 12-seater patio table.
The separate apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en suite; the main bedroom comes with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two single beds without views. The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and dining area with seating for 6.

5Amazing AirBnB.
All round views – photos don’t do it justice. Location ideal, 10 minutes walk down to Camps Bay beachfront, walk felt safe day and night.

5Beautiful home, located amongst the most beautiful view and surroundings. My large family felt at home, and it with all that cleaning, it was really great to have the housekeeper on site. Without us even asking, she even washed some of our clothes. Thanks for the great service and for taking care of my family.

5The house was great and the location, 5 mins walk to get to the beach. We were a group of colleagues who went there to work, the place was great as each of us had our own room and bathroom, the house works perfect for a big team. The host was always very responsive to help also the cleaning lady was always nice.

4The Townhouse is the perfect place for a group of people travelling with or without kids.
The view from the terrace is amazing and sun from 6am – 5pm.
Although the pool is quite small its a great place to chill and relax.
NOX was always forecoming and very easy to chat to.

5Pool & view is unreal! House does look a little tired in some ways but that’s sort of expected given it’s so close to the coast. Check in was straight forward. Location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to shops & restaurants.

4Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage und ist nur wenige Meter von Camps Bay Strand entfernt. Die Bilder zeigen wirklich ein gutes Bild von der Villa. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Einzig merkt man, dass die Villa etwas abgewohnt ist. Hier könnte mal wieder renoviert werden.
Die Vermieterfirma NOX bietet einen sehr guten Kundenservice. Hier geht man die Extrameile um den Kunden glücklich zu machen.
Hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundlich Hausdame Mary, welche von Mo-Sa mit in der Villa lebt.
