The main house has three bedrooms and a lovely garden flatlet with two bedrooms, making it a great choice for families traveling with an au pair or teenagers.
One of the best features of the house is the large swimming pool, set in a beautifully lush garden area with breathtaking views over Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The garden area also has a sunny patio with four sun loungers and four sun lounger chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco-style dining.
The main house is accessed via stairs from the garden. The front entrance to the house has a spacious tiled patio overlooking the garden and swimming pool, and the ocean beyond. You enter into a bright, open-plan living and dining area, which is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There is an eight-seater dining table set against a backdrop of breathtaking views through large bay windows and a comfortable lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and a projector TV.
The living area flows into the kitchen which has a centre island/breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge, and a microwave – everything you need for a hassle-free holiday! A separate scullery area has a washing machine and tumble dryer and opens onto a sunny back courtyard area.
The main bedroom, known as the ‘The Pink Room,’ is a beautifully appointed space with a king-size bed and ample cupboard space. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a unique dressing room with double vanity, and a large, separate shower room with double shower heads.
The second bedroom, called ‘The Green Room,’ is a cool, stylish space with tiled floors, a king-size bed, and a cosy alcove with lovely views. You’ll also find a dressing table, and a ceiling fan to keep cool, and there is plenty of cupboard space for your luggage. An en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower and single vanity.
The third bedroom, aptly called ‘The Blue Room,’ has a comfortable king-size bed and a small dressing area separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a shower and bath.
The garden flat is accessed from the garden and pool area and features an open plan living and dining area, and a kitchenette with basic appliances such as a kettle, microwave, and toaster. Large bay windows flood the flatlet with natural light and offer stunning ocean views. The flatlet has two bedrooms – a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a three-quarter bedroom with ample storage space.
The property is fully secure with an alarm system and there are two dedicated off-street parking spaces in front of the garage.
A short, easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

3Great house if you’re many people but without AC it gets hot. There is no grass and the front side of the house is bading in sunlight which is nice but would have been great with umbrellas. The house is very clean and beds comfortable but you can tell it’s a rental, loose bathroom toilet, cracks, plenty for plates, cutlery and glasses but limited supplies if you plan to make a more advanced dish.
5Great place. The views and outside area ar the standout. The outside area looks even better than in the photos and is more modern. The grass has been removed and it is now tiled and modern. The downstairs cottage only has one shared bathroom which can only be accessed by walking through the main bedroom in the cottage. The second room in the cottage does have it’s own private door. There is also a small movie cinema in the cottage which is cool. The cleaning lady was brilliant and she was there daily – made it a very comfortable stay. No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in the two main rooms. Apart from a few minor touchups, the place is stunning and spacious and beautiful. I can confidently recommend staying there.

A few issues on arrival (wifi not working, insufficient towels, oven not working) but response to correct these from host was good and issues were solved over the first few days.
We had a nice stay with eight adults and three babies and the views and location do make up for some tiredness in the overall space, especially the downstairs flat.
5This home in Camps Bay was everything we could have dreamed of for our South African holiday. The location is absolutely perfect and the views you get here of Camps Bay beach are unmatched. Waking up every morning with a coffee and sitting on the balcony looking out to the mountains and over the beach — it’s unreal. The house itself is fab with three bedroom upstairs and a separate two-bedroom flat. You also have to walk through one bedroom to access the bathroom in the flat, so while not a deal breaker by any means, it’s just something for guests to consider. The main kitchen and living space in the upstairs house is wonderful: clean, modern, simple. It has everything you need to cook or meal or braai. There’s a nice breeze through the house so we didn’t miss air conditioning too much. The property also feels very secure and is walking distance to the Camps Bay shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again & again when visiting Cape Town!
5The property was much better in person than portrayed on photos. There was enough space for a big family and the views surrounding the property weren’t breathtaking each day. The amenities were exactly as described and the housekeeper came everyday to maintain the cleanliness of the place. The host was very responsive and ensured we were ok. Unfortunately there was huge winds during our stay and we couldn’t make use of the pool much as there were excessive debris. I notified the host and they got someone to clear it shortly after. Overall I would come back again and would recommend the place.

5A wonderful place to stay! We rented the place for a week in Cape Town with 5 girlfriends. The hosts were incredibly responsive and on time, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and getting to the local grocery was easy. The location is easy to get to from the main part of the city and Ubers had no trouble finding the house. Camps Bay is beautiful and although the main drag can get a bit lively on weekends, you’d never know from the house. Extra shout out to the housekeeper for keeping everything in top shape during our stay.

5Vi var 8 personer på 1 ukes ferie. Vi storkoste oss! Dette huset var superkoselig, verdt pengene. Deilig stort kjøkken, spisestue og stue. Flott utsikt, beliggenhet med gangavstand til butikk og Camps Bay / Victoria Road, og ikke minst utrolig hyggelig vaske og ryddehjelp hver dag. Rent og ryddig, og velutstyrt. Om vi savnet noe så var det aircondition på de aller varmeste dagene, men vifter i hvert rom fungerte utmerket. Underetasjen med to av soverommene var noe enklere enn resten av huset, og det var litt fuktig «kjellerlukt» der nede.

5A truly incredible stay for our family! The views of table mountain and the camps bay neighborhood are stunning. Great place to watch the sunset and take in the incredible views of Capetown. Nice rooms and plenty of space for our crew.
5We were a group of 9 people staying in the house for a week. We had the best time here and a splendid experience. The house was true to the details specified and the pictures provided. The power backup facility helped a great deal. This is a very spacious house kept clean with a daily cleaning service except on Sundays. There’s a daily refill of the essential toiletries.
The team at turnkey was very helpful, responsive and helped us throughout the duration of stay as required.

5A really beautiful, spacious house with stunning views – the pictures don’t do it justice. Perfectly clean throughout. A sort of granny flat downstairs with another kitchen and two bedrooms, so you can split the party if you wish. Lovely pool that is cleaned daily. Both gas and charcoal braais in excellent shape. would love to stay again!
Sidenote (NOT a negative in any way) it is a little dicey for a toddler! a lot of concrete steps and an open pool. We knew that going in – it’s quite clear from the pictures – it just means you have to keep a close eye on the baby throughout.

Beware no AC! We hadn’t checked before and it was extremely hot at night as we couldn’t open windows due to mosquitoes. Ceiling fan helped slightly although ours was noisy so we didn’t have it on.

5Stunning modern villa, very well equipped with all you need, very clean, everything is new, beds very comfortable. Beautiful views to sea and mountain. Perfect pool! Just needs a bbq but I’m sure they will add that soon! Location is also good, 5 min walk to the sea front where all restaurants are, villa is located in a quiet street. Agency were there on time for check in, very easy communication.
