1The house is very run down and dirty. The whole house smells of smoke. The patio doors don’t open or lock properly. The bin was totally broken meaning flys were flying around. The kitchen was lacking amenities and dirty. The floor was covered in hairs. The bed sheets had stains on them. Our little boy was crying and couldn’t sleep in his room as the smell was so bad. The construction site next door was the least of the problems. All in all this is the worse place we have ever stayed.

– nebenan wird gebaut (wird noch dauern) was die gesamte Aussicht zerstört. Dass es so extrem ist, hat man nicht rauslesen können
– als wir ankamen war der Pool grün und erst 2 Tage später nutzbar
– Türen tlw kaputt, alles quietscht, deutlich älter als die Bilder vermuten lassen
2A lovely penthouse apartment with beautiful sea views.
The guests in the apartment below also hosted by Turnkey365 frequently smoked marujana and the smoke drafted up into our apartment above. Even after persistent complaints and communication the Host Turnkey365 did not sort out this problem and it persisted through our stay.
On our last day the host was late for the checkout and we had to phone for checkout instructions.
This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend any holiday rental hosted by Turnkey365.

5We had an amazing stay for a week, 4 friends, adult women. The views are wonderful and sunsets were divine. Multiple rooms with oceanfront views. The property managers were always helpful and prompt with responses. Place is very clean. Lots of space. Beds are comfy. Linens in abundant supply. Location is so convenient to shops and restaurants, with multiple nice, clean beaches within walking distance or short drive. Very safe neighborhood with police station a block away. There is construction next door but honestly was not an issue for us because the times were very respectful and noise was always short lived. Be warned there is no elevator, however, Daniel, Richard and the housekeepers all helped with luggage up 30 stairs. Having said that, I would definitely book this again without hesitation.

4it was an exquisite ocean view, and lovable penthouse. every miscellaneous thing was understandable. No one or nothing is actually perfect, I did enjoyed my vacation.
