The Cheviots villa is designed over three levels, the top 2 of which enjoy comfortable entertaining spaces and sheltered balconies that offer unsurpassed ocean or mountain views. The property is entered from the driveway on the ground level, which houses two of the five bedrooms as well as the garage.
The first bedroom offers a twins-to-king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and opens on a peaceful and summer cool back garden with stunning views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains. The second bedroom is a self-contained flatlet, ideal for guests who are looking for added privacy, featuring its own lounge and dining area, semi-equipped kitchenette, scullery with washing machine and bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The flatlet opens onto both the front and back gardens with lovely mountain and ocean views.
Walk up the stairs to the second level, throw open the sliding glass doors and prepare to have your breath taken away by a spacious entertainment/living area with contemporary lounge, curved HD TV, L-shaped couches, state-of-the-art wine cooler, and an eight-seater dining table. The kitchen opens onto a cool back balcony facing the mountain with beautiful views of the Table Mountain cable car and the Twelve Apostles.

This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.

The air-conditioners and oven do not work during load shedding but each bedroom has back up standing fans which are powered from electric sockets.

5House is incredible, a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, the views are breathtaking and the housekeeper Lucy is the cherry on top of what was a great week. Would easily stay here again.
5we had a great time at this place. nox as a host was friendly and helpful, and especially lucy the housekeeper took good care of us. we had everything we needed, and when there were some small issues they were taken care off. there is just one point of criticism – the fotos are completely outdated, probably years old. the place has aged since then, and so has the view. its still beautiful of course, but for example one house opposite has been torn down and there is a new construction site. all in all i do recommend it, although i think the price is too high for the current situation.

5This was a perfect base for a group of family and friends. The property is over three levels with the living areas and pool and decks on the first floor. The three bedrooms upstairs were all ensuite (superb master) and on the ground floor one was its own apartment and the other was not en-suite but had access to a full guest bathroom (no half bath on the living floor).
We needed rest and relaxation after a Botswana safari so the need to be inside with doors closed at 10pm was no problem. Given that rain set off the noise monitoring devices this is not a party property.
The Camp’s Bay beach with a small area of shops and restaurants is walkable downhill but we chose to use Uber because it was so easy and one of our group was on crutches, and the stairs in the property were quite enough already.
The property has a full-time housekeeper who lives adjacent to the property. She was perfect and keeps the place spotless and is on hand to help and takes the initiative when needed.
5Wow! Just wow! Our family had a fabulous holiday in Camps Bay at The Cheviots! The home is immaculate, with stylish decor and modern design. It is lovelier in person. We were a family of 6- parents and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room in the three level villa. Each room has a bathroom and there are 4 tv areas- one downstairs, which was great for my two boys to hang out in their own teen suite.
Best of all was Lucy, who lives at the property and took excellent care of us- so sweet and friendly. NOX team was extremely accommodating and communicates proactively and with ease.
The views at the property are outstanding! Our only wish is the weather was a bit better so we could enjoy more of the outdoor space.
Do not hesitate to book!
Remember to inquire about load-shedding, which is not a problem once you understand the schedule. The home has backup power to support.

5The house was amazing. Literally the best views I’ve ever experienced. The location was perfect, only a 10 min walk from the beach. Check in was easy, and it was always very easy to communicate with the host. I would stay here over and over again if i could.
